Love the home feel, buzz of this place simple friendly service, good price, large range of in house pies, cakes, salads, sandwiches, burgers, chicken.

Bread is good. Coffee is just cups of unstirred milk, literally the worst attempt at coffee and expensive. Pies are ok. Take your credit card as this place is expensive. I’ve been going to Sally’s now as their coffee is great. (Actually use coffee).

100% amazing. The food, the service 10/10. Can’t buy custard tarts literally anywhere else now. They just don’t even compare. So yummy! Their cakes and treats are amazing! And the burgers are delicious!

$4.50 for a small coffee that was half empty ... and served a burnt bacon and egg roll for $8.50.. bread was completely charcoal .. I would never serve that to a customer at any of the cafes I've worked, have some pride!. Too many staff members hanging around chatting leaving the grill unattended ...

Hi it's Pat from Kempsey second hand, every morning my wife Maria and I put a phone order in for breaky every morning, we have never had a bad breakfast in over twelve months, the staff and food are truly 5 stars ... thank you for the amazing service, i would thoroughly recommend Tumblegum Bake house west Kempsey to everyone I dont order much from there Smith Street Store but I am told that they are equal as good ... one staff member explains the service as MADE WITH LOVE

Ordered a $80 12 x 12 cake a week before my daughter's 21st birthday. Arrived there Saturday to pick up , they had lost order and didn't make it . Had to make do with 4 small cakes and no refund. One cake was supposed to be a with mud , but gust tasted it, and it was not . I'm not happy at all . I have supported this backery for years and also recommended to friends , over the years I've brought plenty of cakes ans other goodies . And so has my family. The poor lady serving me was so sorry , but the owner didn't say sorry at all . And didn't give me those small cakes for free to fix things .
So disappointed ?
