The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, allowing me to relax and enjoy the event alongside my guests. The catering was exceptional, with delicious food that received amazing reviews from everyone in attendance. The venue itself was stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for our special occasion. I recently hosted an event at the Tudor Lodge Garden Lodge function centre, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I made my first inquiry, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.

The venue itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens and elegant indoor spaces that provided the perfect backdrop for our event. However, it was the team's dedication and attentiveness that truly stood out. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating every request with a smile, and went out of their way to make sure our guests were comfortable and happy.

I cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism and warmth. They made the planning process seamless and stress-free, allowing us to enjoy our event to the fullest. If you're looking for a function centre that combines beautiful surroundings with outstanding customer service, Tudor Lodge Garden Lodge is the perfect choice. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again in the future.

venue very good for Indore and outdoor for wedding ,party for 50 to 60 pepole ,good parking space ,the food taste amazing ,
But there was only one problem that day it was getting very hot in Indoor, I don't know if those people had turned off the air condition or there was some problem.

Not sure where to start.. when you think that everything is going to plan and the schedule that we have organised is going to plan.. the owner ruins everything by rushing us and making the night more difficult for the bride and groom. Took us completely off schedule!

Along with his unnecessary comments that he would give. Absolutely rubbish!
Lurking around and cause unnecessary fuss! As soon as he harassed us for a few extra $ he left the venue and didn’t care for anything. Not that the night has been ruined or that he has caused unnecessary problems for us.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Thank god the night was over and that we left this terrible venue! DISORGANISED

Just a heads up for everyone that somehow decides to pick this venue for one of their events. There presentations of the venue during inspection is severely lacking. They leave out CRITICAL information throughout the process of showing you the venue and giving you a run down of what is for offer and what “SERVICES” are provided as they tend to mis inform you with what they can do for you and what they “WILL” do for you during the events/night! We unfortunately learnt this the hard way.
1st-They won’t have the AC on till you have to ask them on multiple occasions to switch on… So make sure you ask ASAP! because they have the tendency to not do so.
2nd Along with switching off all the outside lights and the hallway lights..for absolute no reason. The remainder of the night will be lightless for eveyone to come and go outside as they please so be carful!
3rd-Regarding there “table offering” if you do ask for “extra tables” they will make you clean the tables and chairs in front of your guests…so if you do ask for extras be ready to clean and get your elbows dirty during the night! plus they are completely random pop up tables, that aren’t meant to be used for a functions.. they also won’t provide proper necessary sprays or wipes for you to clean the chairs nor tables. Just a simple toilet paper for everything to be wiped down with!!! Absolute SHOCKING! Disgusting! And yes they will charge you for getting extra tables which is fine. Understandable! But if they bring you a table that looks far off useable and chairs that have cob webs on them and burnt marks… WOULD ANYONE PAY extra ? they make you clean the chairs and tables along with covering the tables … RIDICULOUS! You pay for the services and extra tables but then get that type of service in exchange ? MAKES NO SENSE! 4th-Regarding their extra “ROOM” during the presentation they won’t and don’t even bother telling you about their so called bridal room or “change room” is not part of the venue when you hire ..? WHICH IS RIDICULOUS! They charge you for a room that 4x5 barely fits more then 3 people and looks like a shed more so then an actual room that can be used! One would think that a bridal room or a room to change would come with the venue..?where are you suppose to change in the bathrooms! But they love charging you for unnecessary things which other venues accommodate for! Standard for any venue if you ask me! but not these guys! They charge for every square inch of the facility. Don’t be surprised they don’t charge you for the toilet papers because they are empty once you enter “you’ll have to ask them to fill it up which is ridiculous”! regarding any extra payments that will be surely be added on top of the agreed fee in the first place. Just be prepared for the constant haggling and back forth by the owner regarding the payment being made asap! They will not take any extra payments after the event is over. They will MOST DEFINITELY HAGGLE YOU, and once you do pay they will still be unsatisfied due to them adding “extra costs” which do not make sense. And try to charge extra! They will try to squeeze every dollar out of you during the event. But please be careful as they aren’t up to standards comparing to other venues! Lacking in so many ways it’s funny how they don’t take blame for anything during the events! If you have a schedule throw it out the window because you run on there TIME LOL!

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE!
Just a heads up for anyone else thinking about celebrating their special occasion or whatever it may be. I’d strongly recommend look else where!

Booked a henna night with the venue and these guys are the most lost, greedy and selfish people I have ever met. They don’t care about timing and do whatever they want. Charges extra on unnecessary things and very disrespectful.

I do not recommend booking here!!!!
