I passed by this little shop in Paddington. The seats are located opposite the shop, and there are colorful graffiti on the chairs. This kind of lunch experience is quite special.

The boss was very nice. Before I entered the store and took a photo outside the door, the boss began to say hello to us.

The sandwich was crispy and yummy.

I used too good to go app to get a surprise take away experience and ended up buying more because not only did it look delicious but the team at Tuckerbox were just awesome. I will definitely be back to try some of their delicious tastes, and what I did taste was absolutely Incredible. You definitely have to try the Bertram muesli fruit cup, and their pretzel croissant.

This was a stop on our AmazingCo walk. I gotta say I don’t normally care for quiche but this was incredible. We had the pumpkin and feta. Pastry was top notch too. We had to eat them right away. So glad this was on our walk! Will stop by again when next in Paddington.

I have been to Tuckerbox in Paddington for great coffee and treats on many occasions. The dough dealer cookies are next level.

I also hired them to cater a morning tea event for 12 people. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. Prices were competitive and delivery was seamless. I would happily hire them again for any occasion!

I don’t mind tuckerbox but I bought a smoothie today for $13 and it was awful. Literally tasted of ice, barely any fruit in it and the fruit I did have was frozen. So disappointing and for that price was completely underwhelming.

Great little place with delicious sandwiches that get in the way of my attempt to cut bread out of my diet. I saw a comment on the sandwiches being on the small side - that’s definitely not the case (unless we have very different standards) Great service too - always made to feel welcome !

Speaking of which, the coffee here is absolutely stellar, hitting that sweet spot of rich flavor and perfect technique that keeps locals coming back daily. But the real showstopper? The "Epic Bacon & Egg Roll" – a breakfast sensation that lives up to its name and then some. It's the kind of meal that turns first-timers into regulars.

The cafe itself strikes that perfect balance: cool without pretense, welcoming without trying too hard. James has created more than just a cafe; he's built a community hub where the coffee flows freely, the food hits the spot every time, and everyone feels like a local, even if it's their first visit.
Whether you're after your morning coffee fix, craving that legendary bacon and egg roll, or just want to experience one of Sydney's finest neighborhood cafes, Tuckerbox delivers on all fronts. Just don't blame us when you find yourself making excuses to visit Paddington more often.

Never could work out the reason why a dog would sit on a tuckerbox, unless perhaps Ivan Milat had got to his owner, and turned him into salami sambos, and stored them inside said box.
Nevertheless, this once adorable throw back corner shop has been transformed. I kinda liked it as the last actual corner shop in the former 60s bohemian (I.e. addicts and artists) suburb. Now it's all glam, pram and grams here. More skin care shops than a burns ward, and even the second hand shops have doormen.
I used to belong here.
My partner was less deluded in selecting the pictured salmon salad, ($16.50) than she was me. It looked good, and her choosy seppo palate was more than satisfied. My coffee was well made, albeit a bit less kick than required to get me over the goal line.
The place has promise. No dog in sight. Then again, Ivan passed away a while back.
