I’ve been going here for almost 3 years. I won’t be going back any more. The time waiting is absolutely ridiculous. They’ve been closed for a week so I made an appointment for 930 because I had to go to work at 10:45. I went in at 9:20 was still sitting around at 10:10. I told them I have to go to work still sat there so I got up and I’ve left. This has been going on actually for quite some time not pointless making an appointment. I don’t know why they have them and I’ve never Once just walked in and I understand that they’re busy but this morning after being closed for a week they only had two staff from but they have an appointment and not get seen to and then ignored when you tell them that you’ve gotta go to work. It wasn’t until I was leaving. They asked me what was wrong? No I will never go back and it’s a shame Past the last few times. I’ve had my nails done. My nails are breaking off and the And the shellac has been poorly applied enough is enough

I have never felt so comfortable getting my nails done. They are extremely professional, extraordinarily clean, and their gel manicures and pedicures are one of a kind. No doubt, I will become a regular here!

No refunds on horrible jobs. Fingers hurt. Nails all lifted after 24 hours. Hair keeps getting caught at cuticle area. If I could give them no starts I would. Will NEVER get my nails done here again.

I am discusted with the service my friend & I received this morning .We were booked in for 10.30 & altho we were on time you were so far behind we would have had to wait at least 1/2an hour .I had to make arrangements for some one to care for my husband because he has dementia . I will tell my friends not to go to your salon & your. Service is bound to fail unless you change your ways !!!!!!!!
