This hotel is excellent beyond my expectation. Room was so clean and fully furnished, best quality , great services, Italian food served in the hotel was 1st class, breakfast was awesome. Get chance to enjoy swimming pool, sauna located on the top floor was best with city, river view. Best experience throughout the stay. Highly recommend.

Great place, amazing amenities and amazing views of Southport. The rooftop swimming pool and hot spring pool is great, the apartment itself we booked was great and fully furnished, equipped with anything and everything you would need! I definitely recommend this newly built place for your stay on the Gold Coast!

The apartment we took had a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and cooking items.

Newly opened. Spectacular! Modern and chic. Beautiful appointed one bedroom fully self contained apartment. Great views. Gorgeous infinity rooftop pool, beautiful lounge chairs, BBQ area. Great coffee ☕️ great Italian in-house restaurant. Love the bright colours. Cannot fault anything. Definitely will recommend to everyone. Love this place! Happy guest.

Stayed for 1 night with some girlfriends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is beautiful with its colourful decor and the apartments are lovely and modern. Staff were amazing, one man in particular at Reception who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He upgraded us to a 3brm apartment and allowed us to have a later checkout. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Italian restaurant great dinner.
Breakfast is not suitable for kids. Very limited options, and can’t handle to many people at a time.
Room lay out great except no proper curtains in lounge room so the sun makes the room to HOT and so bright you can’t watch the tv due to the reflection.
No air con in hallways so very hot when waiting…..for the lift.

Although this is a relatively new hotel with several appealing qualities, there are a few essential flaws that need to be addressed. Overall, the rooms and facilities are quite nice, standing out as above average for a 3-star hotel, largely due to its modern design and recent construction.

However, there are several issues that detract from the experience. Firstly, despite having three lifts, the lift algorithm is inefficient, leading to longer wait times. For instance, the system often prioritizes waiting for a single lift to go up and return rather than utilizing a closer lift to serve guests more quickly.

Additionally, the WiFi was basically unusable during my stay, which was a significant inconvenience as I had to rely on mobile data. This is a critical area that needs immediate improvement. Another issue was the garbage chutes being out of order. While this could be a temporary problem, the fact that such a facility was unavailable so early in the hotel's lifespan—and for a considerable period—is discouraging. Guests were required to take their rubbish to the basement, which was both inconvenient and disappointing.

The gym, while functional, is somewhat underwhelming and could benefit from additional equipment or improvements to its offerings.

To be clear, this is not a bad hotel. The rooms and facilities are generally good and reflect its newer status. However, these minor but impactful issues can negatively affect the overall guest experience. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the stay for future visitors.

Staff were very helpful, understanding and nice everyone is learning as it is very new and seems like everyone is figuring out were they need to be and what they need too do. Will definitely come back and stay as it is close to everything and easy to get too. Love the facilities on offer it really makes the building feel like home. It awesome that the rooms have there own kitchens and washing machines, Dryers it makes life so much easier. Overall beautiful building and looking forward to visiting again.

Very nice rooms, clean and tidy and everything such as appliances and sheets and towels and furniture is all brand new. Lovely view too and close to restaurants.
The only thing i would say is the housekeeping is slow and quite poor service such as having to wait 7 days for a bed to be made as they don’t do daily cleaning or asking for towels or soap or coffee sachets they give you the wrong thing or take forever. plus when you pay $1200 for 4 nights for a king sized bed and get 2 king singles put together is a bit annoying.
Food in the hotel is a bit overpriced too and staff are lovely people but never understand the questions you ask or just get confused.
Otherwise lovely hotel and beautiful views. the pool is so nice too
