Delicious food in a great location for our lunch stop on the way to Canberra. We chose to stop at Truly Free Bakehouse becuase my mum is a Celiac. The rest of the family thought we'd be making a sacrifice for her enjoyment at a 100% GF bakery, but we were WRONG. It was snitzel burgers all round and they came out quickly, steaming hot, crisp and mouth-wateringly scrumptious. As a gluten eater I couldn't tell the bun, crispy and light, was gluten-free. The snitzel was perfection. Honestly. One of the best ever. AND... they didn't over do the mayonnaise. We paid $13.5 for each and the size was generous and sensibly cut in half for easy consumption. My mum couldn't resist picking up a raspberry and white chocolate muffin for the road and was pleasantly surprised that it was also one of the best ever, even compared to gluten ones. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, and so much choice for people who usually have very little. Thanks Truly Free Bakehouse for existing and bringung joy to our lives and our tastebuds.

Very deliciously made treats and sweets! Was curious in trying the products due to recommendation and was pleasantly satisfied with the soft texture and delicious flavour. Fully savouring the food despite not being gluten intolerant.

The fact that this establishment is 100% gluten free bakehouse is a major plus for all people to enjoy.

Highly recommended when you are passing by and definitely when you are a local.

We found this place on google whilst driving from Melbourne to Sydney. Typically it’s very hard to get any decent GF food when travelling away from the big cities, so we were surprised to find this place that is entirely gluten free with variety on the menu. I had my first GF chicken schnitzel in years! It’s a small on-the-run type cafe but with plenty of seating, inside and out, with a great choice of pub style meals, sandwiches and a bakery. Would definitely call in again if we were passing 😊

Coming through on a holiday, found this amazing Gluten free option for my wife. As a head chef she’s critical but she raved about her chicken Parma burger. From the crumbed chicken to the bread, it was packed with flavour and care! Easily catered for our dairy free son who is a patisserie chef, who loved their soft strawberry donuts.
Staff were super friendly even though they were swamped with chicken burger orders. Love when we see other GF people with smiles on their faces from a great feed!

Love it! Great Gluten Free meals, bread and cakes. Also have frozen meals. Non Coeliac hubby also loved his snitzel burger. Good location with plenty of parking. Dine inside or out. Great find!

Sadly, the worst gluten free bread I have ever had. Everything from taste to texture was off. For an $11.90 bakery loaf I was extremely disappointed.

Truly Free Bakehouse is TRULY next level.
Their muffins are the fluffiest, softest, cloud like muffins ANYWHERE. This counts for gluten free & non gluten free muffins. Just incredible & so very addictive.

Massive range if food both savoury & sweet. They sell loaves of bread, to which you can call up & pay for in advance so you don't miss out.
