Great location with quiet locality. Property condition is bit aged however everything was functional. Nice balcony with ocean view. Free car parking. Great free wifi and new TV were addon for the kids. Reception contact was helpful and responsive.

No communication after checking in. No way, to contact anyone, at least no response was given after trying all possible ways of connection multiple times. Will not stay again. Too bad as rooms and position were nice. But beware if a problem arises on the weekend there is no one there for you.

The room is so good and the view is great, but the smell. The smell is so bad and on the first night there were so many cockroaches around we had to buy cockroache spray

We had a fantastic stay with a terrific view.Booked one bedroom apartment was given 2bd room with one bedroom door locked off. It was great having two bathrooms and the extra living area. The balcony is big with table and chairs plus couches. We had a great trip and would recommend this apartment. The reception is two doors down and the man was very nice and helpful. Location is close to everything.

Booked a 3 bed apartment, arrived after reception hours to find that we had been allocated a 2 bed at a different apartment block , contacted reception the following day to find no 3 beds available till next day . Completely the resorts stuff up not booking.com ! I was told that if I wanted compensation to contact the booking company! Why ? When the resort stuffed up . Apparently the manager was on holiday and could not be disturbed, the so called relief manager could not make a decision if her life depended on it !! Useless staff with no customer service ideals . We had a second floor apartment (number 7) looking over the beachfront for our two night stay. These apartments are gated, with under cover secure parking and a lift (good for oldies). The apartment was well furnished with all the cooking gear and utensils that you could wish for. The lounge room was spacious with a good sized flat screen. The bedroom size was reasonable and the bed very comfy.||Our only concern was that there were no fly wire screens on the external bedroom windows or the sliding door from the lounge room out onto the balcony, in this particular apartment. There were no problems with insects at this time of the year (winter) but in the warm wet season it might be a concern. ||The apartments are perfectly located being only a short stroll of 150 metres to the cafe's and restaurant area nearby.

Booked 10 nights in Aptmt 7 stayed 3 nights owing to grubby apartment inhabited by cochroaches - manager visited to change 2 lights not working -mentioned cochroaches - told we needed to keep doors and windows closed to avoid them flying in - really?
Paid $2600 refunded only $1300. Blamed my behaviour for having to call in pest controllers to deal with them!!
Moved to Blue Lagoon Resort at reasonable price and not a
cochroach to be seen!

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment which was well maintained and very comfortable and clean . The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the pool and BBQ area well maintained. The location on the esplanade in Trinity beach is perfect. We look forward to returning , and thank you for a memorable Christmas ‘21.
