Good value for money, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, enough towels for each bathroom. Good location, just around the corner from the "free loop" bus stop which was very handy. Not too noisy considering we were close to town. Noise from neighbours was never an issue. Would definitely use again.

Worst experience ever, a picture says a thousand words: cockroaches, lizards, broken dishwasher, the iron board, loud banging dryers, without iron, horrible curtains, broken doors, toilet, no crockery, insulting service. Families, please avoid it; it is not at all worth it to save a couple of bucks. I learned a big lesson.

Lovely sized apartment with great balcony and quiet. However not all units are of the same standard - it's not a hotel as the staff are quick to point out. Couch had broken springs so bad you couldn't sit on it. Lazyboy chairs both in recline position and unable to be put upright. This meant lounge was pretty much unusable. Management offered to move us but we had to check out at 10am and wait around till afternoon before they could re-accommodate us - with no guarantees. They were not very helpful or concerned about the poor standard. Email to management didn't produce any results either.||Dishwasher also didn't work, paint work in lounge chipped badly and carpet worn and stained. Also 2 of the 6 pool loungers broken and unusable.||However beds were comfortable and it was a nice apartment. Shame about the service and furnishings.

Lovely sized apartment with great balcony and quiet area. Its not a hotel so the apartment office is at ground level near the front steps. The apartment had free wifi and essential cooking utensils. It had nice hot water in the shower and comfortable bed and free parking is also available.

Now if your expecting resort style luxury or even high rated motel you’d be in for a shock HOWEVER the location is excellent especially when you are at 2 minute walk Queensland Eye Hospital and Queensland Fertility, 10 minute walk to Brisbane Private and 12 minute walk to St Andrews just to name a few. |We had a two bedroom apartment with trundle bed $30 extra. The apartment was well presented, fully self contained and very comfortable. There’s everything you will need for short or long term stay. |Price was excellent for such a central location. |Honestly our only suggestions would be maybe get in professional cleaners to bring it back up to scratch, new doonas and pillows are really needed. |Apart from that we would stay again! As I’ve said GREAT LOCATION, GREAT PRICE AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED. |

Great value for money!! Quiet, private and spacious apartment! Beautifully appointed, great location with close access to the city and hospitals. Super hot hot water and great water pressure. Comfy beds, great pool. Will definitely be staying here for all of future trips to Brisbane.

We have been travelling to Brisbane for twenty years and after a management change at another venue we had used decided to try this facility. We were reasonably satisfied as staff on booking in appeared cooperate and effecient. This also applied to their cleaning staff at the 7 day clean. We would use the trilogy residences again but make the followi ng observations that could improve service to a higher level: the clothes dryer did not work albeit we were given the impression from day 2 it would be rectified. Secondly one gas ring would/didnot on the stove.Thirdly we had to request 7 day clean and initially told it was not a hotel but in our experience the 7 day clean is standard service It was provided to a high standard when done should be fully understood though. Fourthly no hair dryer provided but provided promptly on request.
