From the staff through to convenience and cleanliness, this hotel was fantastic. Visited with a group of 35 people and stayed for 8 days. We were well looked after, no request was not met with a smile and carried out. Any issues and only a few happened was fixed quickly. The hotel is near railway, handy to buses and next to shopping centre, could not recommend if staying near Sydney. Next door are eateries in a local club.

Family member staying in Travelodge for about 12 days now and still there for another 7 to 12 days, so far great customer service, rooms are super clean and comfortable. High quality pillows, room is cleaned daily, people are very friendly and helpful. If u ever need a hotel room then go to Travelodge Hurstville.

located less than 30 minutes by train from CBD . With just a 5-minute walk from the station, making it very accessible. The hotel is nice and exceptionally clean—highly recommended! We truly enjoyed our short holiday, planned last minute for New Year 2025.

New, modern, clean, reasonably priced $20 per 24 hours parking, mini coffee shop in the lobby. Booking direct I got a discount, 12pm check out and free coffee.

Booked room 505 on level 5 overlooking the Westfield shopping centre's bus stop - you can hear buses but not loudly, and it wasn't an issue for me. Nor was the quite rumbling hum of the AC as I like some white noise. There are no opening windows.

The room itself was peaceful and I didn't hear anyone else even although the room had an adjoining door. Room was large enough to have a futon lounge (folds out into a bed) and the TV (with Chromecast) had a swivel mount.

A couple of days later I booked room 623 on level 6 at the back of the motel - no street noise. It was smaller, with a single chair instead of a futon but no less comfortable. As I arrived around 6.00pm and was leaving at 4.00am I didn't validate my parking ticket with Travelodge and was only charged $10 😉

The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and obscenely cheerful at 4am when I checked out 😉

Check your kettle. Room 505 had a smelly kettle with discoloured water. I reported this to reception. The kettle in room 623 was perfectly fine.

The lifts are a bit confusing to operate but I soon got use to it; swipe your room card to activate, select your destination - it will only show the floor numbers corresponding to your room, the basement carparks and the restaurant/bar.

Rooms doors are really heavy - those with frailties are going to have trouble opening them. I assume they're fire proof and sound insulating.

Westfield across the road, food everywhere, and the train station only 3 or 4 minutes walk away. It's a 29 minute train ride to Town Hall station.

Stayed 5 nights. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Loved the comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was amazing. The room had everything we needed.||It was well located with just a short 15-20 minute train trip to the middle of Sydney. Friendly staff. We look forward to returning the next time we are in Sydney.

Very convenient location for shops and for family to come and visit. It's quiet and very secure.
The room was spacious, beds comfortable, lovely bathroom and friendly staff. Will stay here again.
