Absolutely loved my first ever massage experience. Nicole was so caring and understanding of what I was wanting done today and took very good care of me. Facial was so amazing, I felt myself snore it was that good! Highly recommended and 100000% see myself booking in more future appointments and definitely spreading the word of this amazing lady. Absolutely AMAZING 5-star experience at Tranquility Spa with 'The Signature' treatment. The aromas, music, scalp massage, incredible facial, relaxation massage elements - everything came together so perfectly well into a perfectly incredible experience. I felt transported to another world. Nicole made me feel comfortable, welcome, and valued from first interaction. Outstanding customer service and Nicole is clearly extremely talented. Couldn't recommend Tranquility Spa highly enough!

What an amazing experience!! By far the best facial I have ever had!! Nicole’s little salon is amazing. The attention to detail is equivalent to high end spas - nothing has been missed here, down to the room temp, ice water, the smells, the music, I could go on and on. Nicole is highly skilled, professional and very welcoming. She created a treatment perfect for me and asked all the right questions to get it right. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’m excited for my next visit, I feel so refreshed and relaxed ?

I had the most relaxing massage and facial with Nicole. From the moment you step into the room you instantly feel calmer with soothing music playing, a heated massage table and a nice cold cup of water waiting for you. The massage was so relaxing and I didn't want it to end! I've never had a facial before but will definitely be doing them more often. My skin felt so smooth afterwards. I can't wait to go back again!

I don't write google reviews often however, Nicole's service was 10/10! I am writing this review having walked out of Tranquility Spa only about 20 minutes ago. You HAVE to book the 2 hour 'Tranquil Energy' treatment, which I consider the ultimate relaxation/ recovery package (facial and massage). This is 5 star spa treatment and I already can't wait for my next appointment. Nicole is extremely professional, personable and so lovely. She made me feel welcome and cared for, which is something we all need after a big working week - or just to treat yourself 🙂
The room is gorgeous, smells incredible and oozes tranquil energy. I feel like an entirely different person walking out of Tranquility Spa and am so grateful to have found Nicole, she is exactly what Western Sydney needs.
