Worst customer service ever！This is my first time write a bad google review. But I have to tell everyone don’t ever come here for your personal safety. No one comes after we pressed the bell but few unexpected dogs ran out and barking. After a while, a woman with an angry face came out from another door and point with her finger “this way” without saying Hi. Dog hairs everywhere, dusty floor, tiny and dark room. A sign of “must take shoes off” but she is wearing them. Extremely aggressive behavior. I asked how much I can use from my private insurance. If you don’t know just say it, but she grabbed my card and swiped straight away. I asked what service you have? She seems doesn’t want to explain, just point the menu and asked me to read it myself. I decided not to stay in that room anymore because of her angry face and bad attitude. Then she told me that she already swiped my card and start getting very emotional. She yelled at me with strong accent “You have a booking with me! You changed time from 1:30 to an hour earlier!”. (She sounds free so I called and asked if I can come earlier. Again If you couldn’t make it just say no.) I was extremely surprised how 5 stars came from? I was shocked by her roars and got shaky hands when she yelled at me. I said she shouldn’t charge me before I do any service. She hardly threw a box of cash on the bed and yelled “I give you money back you kid!!” I was scared that she might punch me at anytime. I never ever saw a customer service could be this rude, even I’ve been polite from beginning to end. I’m telling truth, everyone definitely avoid !!!

Hands down one of the best Brazilian waxes I’ve ever had! She took her time to make sure every hair was gone, and it was surprisingly painless. I really appreciated how she kept checking in to make sure the wax wasn’t too hot—it made the whole experience super comfortable. Hi Jing Han,
I have found her Spa after I live in Algester few years ago and become her regular customer. From my view some of your reviews is not truth. Frist, she has a sign at the front for all the customers to guide where entrance. Second, she has dogs and cat but I haven't seen any dirt. Third, the room is very relaxing and I feel even too light.

I received a 60 min remedial massage from Hien and she was very professional and astute in taking the time and effort to work out the problem area and went to work on it giving my back an absolute workout and paying particular attention on the area in need. Thanks once again and I am sure I will be back when needed! From reading the reviews I should of said yes to the tea and cookies...🤣🤣🤣
