Booking was easy, online. Check in was easy, the woman in the check in office, Amy, was lovely and very helpful. Parking was easy. Lift to floor level.
Easy to find room, short walk from lift.
Room was comfortable and mostly clean.
I did think that the shower cubicle could do with a deep clean.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.
Approx 9min drive to the PA hospital, which was the reason for our visit.
Chose this hotel over a cheaper motel, for ease, with the lift etc, after husbands surgery, so he didn’t have to use stairs.

We would stay here again.

I could not possibly say anything nice about my room and experience. On the 17th floor in winter with a broken window held together by tape with a constant cold breeze in the bedroom. Also broken chain for the blind. Mold around the lip on the sink, and in the shower tile grout. After watching 16 minutes of tv the internet "expired" and asked me to purchase more. We have different families on different floors who we can't meet with as our keys can't get to different floors. Room Keys aren't located on site and the parking address is not the apartment address meaning Google maps took us to the building but not to anywhere we could park. The parking spots are so small I couldn't get my baby out of the rear seat while in my alotted car space. No trolley available for luggage making for difficult multiple trips in a very small elevator with children. Only been here a few hours and dread the rest of my stay. Great view of the Gabba if you like that stuff I guess.

Terrible management and unlivable conditions! For over three months, I’ve reported severe mould issues that have damaged my belongings and harmed my health, yet management has done nothing but temporary, ineffective fixes. The carpet is still mould-infested, the air is unbearable, and multiple appliances (dishwasher, kitchen hood) have been broken for months with no repairs.
I requested a rent reduction, but they completely ignored me. The lack of responsibility and response is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

Christina is an incredible manager. I have been a tenant for a few months but needed to break my lease. I have worked with many managers over decades as a landlord; and this is the first time I’ve been a tenant since the 80s, and Christina is the best. She is collaborative, friendly, communicative and simply easy to work with.

If have 0 star I'll probably give it. Towards the end the building manager is not so helpful especially when it comes to communication and they definitely try to get the bond money off you. The lift are breakdown pretty often and take weeks to fix them, i'm late for work because the whole building just have 1 life that working. When I first moved in many things in the apartment are broken but thanks to the last building manager that they are being helpful and of course at the end of lease they trying to increase the rental price. Thanks and hope you'll do better in the future! 🙂

AVOID. Building manager doesn’t act in tenants’ best interests. Whole building lost hot water for over a week, zero response to requests for rent reductions. “Secure” carpark broken into regularly with bolt cutters and things stolen. “Secure” mailboxes are outside in an alleyway and have locks bashed off them and mail stolen. Noise issues. Neighbours, young children and dogs heard through less than soundproof walls. Common areas not maintained. Tenancy exit an absolute nightmare - did full bond clean then building manager engaged a cleaner at twice the usual rate for something that had already been cleaned and without our knowledge or permission. Go elsewhere!!

The WORST appartments complex I have ever lived in, apartment dirty as when moved in, falling apart, tps and fixtures broken, oven not cleaned. One of the lifts hasn’t worked for the last 2 months so at least a 10min wait for a the one working lift everything you wanna leave or come home. Then at the end of lease they wanted to raise our rent by $40 a week.. basically don’t do it, you will regret moving in after you see the poor build Quilty and then waiting the entire length of your lease for your building manager to do nothing at all…

Hopefully this saves someone from falling into there trap.
