The complex generally, and our apartment in particular, are really showing their age. Most things worked OK, but the bed in our apartment wasn't good and the apartment had a musty smell. The internet was only intermittent at best; kind of defeats the purpose of having a smart TV.

We couldn't get the exhaust fan in the laundry to work when the dryer was on, but the kitchen exhaust bizarrely turns itself on sporadically and we couldn't turn it off.

From reading other reviews, apparently the apartments vary considerably in quality, so choose carefully.

If I could give no stars I would. The apartment 19 we stayed in was disgusting. Mouldy bathrooms, not cleaned, grimy, dirty, awful odour, glass wear and cutlery needed washing before use. Dated and parts of the kitchen falling apart. I would not recommend and I would never go back.

We had a wonderful experience at Tradewinds Holiday Apartments. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had a stunning view of the ocean. The facilities were well-maintained, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Coffs Harbour. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the beach and local attractions. We appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff and would definitely return for another stay!

We had a fantastic family getaway at Tradewinds Holiday Apartments. The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool area, and we appreciated the convenience of having a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. The beachfront location meant we could easily spend our days swimming and relaxing on the sand. Overall, a wonderful experience that we'll cherish for years to come.

Spacious apartment, we had unit 3, ground floor, beds comfortable. Carpark in the basement is a challenge with limited manoeuvring capability, we drive a Tuscon, was a tight fit. Lift to the apartment & if you ask the manager there is a trolley he can provide to help move in your gear. Apartment was well set out, room to move, nice balcony but get rid of the broken chairs. Make sure you take your rubbish out before you leave. Pub across the road a bit noisy, food not that good, didn't try the Bowls Club ? a better meal. Bathroom ok, shower water pressure dismal. Make sure you bring all your own toiletries etc as none provided except motel size soap in bathroom. For what we paid was ok, old adage you get what U pay for. Managers helpful but we didn't appreciate the dog hanging around.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment mainly for the space but because we were a couple, only 2 bedrooms were opened. Third bedroom locked. Would have saved money and just paid for a 2 bedroom unit. Apartment is tired - main bedroom, door venetian blind exit to balcony, falling to pieces, one side bed lamp. We moved a lamp to give us more light. Main living area , the floor is sloping and quite obvious so had to be aware when moving around the lounges. Balcony at front railing has been reconstructed as old concrete degrading. Ground floor parking (free) but tight.|| However, location and views excellent.

We stayed here for a week in January. We booked a ground floor 3bed apartment . Apartment was spacious and all the things you would need for a week such as as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Plenty of cutlery and linen but, you will need to bring beach towels. The location is very central to the beach and there are a great couple of cafes need by for coffee and breakfast. There are also a couple of nice restaurants and of course there is pub and club food nearby ( we didn’t rate the food at the bowling club or pub). The place is also very near to shops and a short drive to the harbour. Cons, there can be a bit noise from the pub but it finishes relatively early and observations is people leave quietly, the pool area is at the back and doesn’t flow well. It could also do with some noodles / play stuff for kids. Big pro is the managers Rob and Jenny who were very helpful and when we did have one problem, they sorted it very quickly. Highly recommended for a family holiday…We would certainly rebook if going to Coffs again.

Stayed for two nights with my two adult sons. The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite plus another bathroom, nice sized loungeroom and dining area, good sized kitchen, suitable laundry, and 2 balconies one of which looked directly across to the beach and could also see down to the heads of the harbour. Furniture was nice, modern, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioners all worked. Place was very clean. The famous Hoey Moey pub across the road was packed for dinner even on a Tuesday night outside of holiday season. A couple of cafes within 50 metres to have breakfast.
You can walk less than 100 metres across to the beach.
Parking is a little tight but at least it is fully secured and on a rainy day you can park in the basement and get the elevator up without getting wet.
I have seen reviews regarding outdated apartments and we didnt have that problem but this may be explained by the fact that all apartments have different owners.
Managing couple were pleasant.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again.
