I stayed here for 10 months and found the rooms and location to be very good.

However, I was deeply disappointed by the behavior of the manager and some staff members, as I experienced serious discrimination towards people with brown skin . I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a more respectful and inclusive environment for all guests.

Stayed for 2 years. Staff are friendly and helpful and informative. Strict rules which can lead to warnings. But I really enjoyed it. Great for meeting other students. I wish I could go back there. Easy to get to . A safe and secure place to study and meet other students.

The rooms are old but the common rooms are cleaned every day. There's a serious lack privacy in both private rooms and bathrooms. Some of the staff are very rude but the location is great because of the proximity to markets.

A good place for newcomers. They don't require any bond.I have been living here for 3 months now. The building is a bit old but it has all the required facilities. It is located conveniently. Bus interchange and a shopping mall are just across the road. The overall experience really depends upon the floor you live and your neighbours. Staff is helpful and cleanliness is taken care off. Security is good overall but yeah the maintenance staff can access your room whenever they want to. That might be a bit risky.

I have lived in this place fore more than 14 months. It was an excellent place to live in but they are decreasing their quality drastically. The manager is extremely rude and not helpful at all. She will try to rip you off anyhow she can. They always nag around complaining about so many things that I did not do. They do not even verify when there is a complaint and sends in stupid letters to people. That is absolutely stupid. This place needs some younger staff members who understands, not some nagging old ladies.

TVIR is the best place to stay for newly arrived students. I have been there for 6 months. It has good reception and humble cleaning staffs. Very clean room, kitchen and rest rooms. 7 minutes walking to bus and very huge shopping centres. Peaceful to stay at TVIR.

* This place used to be good, but now it's really bad ! There are so many parking issues,internet isn't good, staff is rude and they are under-staff most of the time. Lifts don't work, building has bad smell, toilets are really dirty most of the tine!
Not to mention that building is really hot and they don't even turn on air conditioning unless it's like 40 degree and even then air condition doesn't work very well.
Would never recommend this place to anyone anymore

Amazing place to stay for long and short term.staff is super friendly and rents are reasonable.they do cleaning of common areas everyday and location is walking distance to westfield mall.
