I'm a regular at Tori cafe Penrith. The service from Jay is outastanding. She always makes me feel welcome. The coffee is second to none. Some things you never want to change. The coffee at Tori Penrith is one of those things. I would also like to mention Dylan who is very friendly and professional.
It is always a pleasure to visit.

Love this space! The decor is beautiful. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I attended their wine and cheese night and it was great. Lovely ambience, really good wines and food.

Grabbed a quick coffee here and it was just fabulous. Smooth and silky. Perfect temperature. It was very popular but the barista never got flustered. Lovely service.

Our customer service lady is absolutely amazing, nothing is never an issue and even went to extraordinary lengths to fix our rocky table we were at outside this morning. Time was approximately 1030 and unfortunately we didn’t get her name , but she needs a big thank you from the Pullman hotel here at Penrith for her service.

Great ambience, accomodating and friendly staff! Spacious and table/couch set up provided comfort too.
The pasta we had was just a bit dry but enjoyed the rests of the dishes. Vegetarian curry was delish. Will go back for sure
