I visited this quaint pub on a holiday road trip. Whenever I stop for a meal at the pub, anywhere, I always order a chicken schnitzel with mushroom gravy. That way, I can make a comparison.
The schnitzel was good, breast meat, of course, double crumbled and not oily. As usual, the mushroom gravy was phoned in. Just packet gravy with some thinly sliced button mushrooms.
Even though I gave Food only four stars, it doesn't mean I wouldn't order a chicken schnitzel from here again. It just means the gravy wasn't as good as it could be.

This is a very friendly locals pub in Wyalong that I pop into twice a week on my way back to Sydney, the staff are all very friendly and the food is always good with a typical pub menu with house weekly specials,good portion sizes and reasonably priced . Plenty of seating inside and out,A good range of beers always cold and served with a smile, I can highly recommend this lovely pub. Cheers.

These guys can cook! Our salmon was perfect, the service efficient and friendly.

Parked up for the night (Truckie I am and load oversize can’t leave till sun up) was recommended to give a go.
Dam so glad we did, the service from the staff was pretty good, the meal, omg the garlic sauce was the best I’ve tasted in a very long time, the scotch fillet enjoyed it too…
Worth popping in and giving a local pub a go. The locals are very kind and make you feel welcome .

Everyone Behind the bar working had a smile and all said hello and asked if i was ok? Was a great impression and would of love to have stayed long but i had to keep moving down the road.

I am a parmy connoisseur and this one got an 8.5/10 in my books. Quite possibly the best in town! Atmosphere is a little bit grim indoors, but cute outdoor section. Would definitely go back for the food!
