The worst place to ever get in fill done I was there yesterday paid $55 and my nails are gross I kept telling him that he was burning my nails because he had the drill too high but he just rolled his eyes. I asked him to fix the polish and he tried to just file more into the sides of my nails and rolled his eyes and shook his head at me. Very poor customer service and zero respect for customers and I was not the only customer complaining yesterday the centre needs to shut them down asap

Don’t waste your money. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Staff couldn’t even file my nails properly. For a simple manicure it took well over an hour as they chop and change between clients and staff members at their own leisure. Never felt more uncomfortable. Don’t normally bother leaving a review but required in this instance.

This was hands down the worst mani pedi I’ve had. I know my toes aren’t cute but three days later I still have paint on my skin. I was visiting from out of town and didn’t think to read the reviews beforehand. Stay away if you want to have an authentic service. She used acid to remove my previous gel nail color and somehow i felt the slightest sting of acid fumes on my face. If she was wearing a mask to protect herself from that stuff maybe give a pregnant lady a mask too My new nail color was applied so thick and had no chance of drying in a reasonable time. I also still had patches of the old gel color under the new color. I was there with a friend, but I don’t recall her even trimming my cuticles on my nails. When she was trimming the cuticles on my toes, she cut into my flesh a couple of times, and I’m probably gonna have to deal with ingrowns now. Don’t go here, they need to be shut down.

The slowest, most rude, careless staff I’ve seen. They switch roughly 5 times between clients leaving people sit for sometimes 20 minutes waiting for someone to tend to them. The attitude of one particular male is absolutely disgusting. The massage/pedicure chairs are disgraceful and broken and the whole salon is filthy. Take some pride in your salon. Would not recommend.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smells like mould. I would not recommend it to anyone. They cut my toe while doing a pedi, no acknowledgment when it happened and no apology after the fact when it was brought up to them. Still forced to pay full price! Avoid at all costs

I would like to personally thank Michael for doing my nails, first time customer and left a happy one too! I think a lot of these reviews are fake. Because 1. He asked me a hand full of times if I was happy with what shape I have, the length.
He made sure I left a happy customer. So thank you once again. I would recommend this business, give them abit of slack and stop leaving such nasty comments. I’m sure they would of asked you a handful of
Times aswell if you’re happy. I even came at a busy time, and everyone there seemed very happy. - Nikita 🙂

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had , they over charge when they feel like it & honestly don’t know the first thing about doing acrylic nails . I got cut that many times from the woman using the drill I’m at risk of an infection now .
I don’t even want to get started at their people skills , they don’t know what customer service is !!
