Very rude owner. Very unprofessional behavior. I have an appointment today at 11. I reached there at 10:58. She has too many choices for nail colors; I was taking some time to chose for my nail color & she told me you are taking too much time to choose, I have a next appointment do hurry. I was like I am paying you for this not doing this at free cost & still you behave like you don't care about customer.
If u have no time for customer then why you are taking too many appointments...greedy people!
I felt so bad & immediately said no to her & leave the salon.she told me on call that i take 5$ to remove old nails but then she charged me 20$ for removing my old nails while others in Launceston do it for free if you done your new nails from same person.
She didn't say even sorry to me. May be she doesn't know that customer is God.

The owner of this business is very rude and unprofessional when dealing with a complaint. Having nails applied crooked only to be told that the fingers are wonky not her work is a joke. When another business has reapplied absolutely perfect.
Also doing illegal things in her business is not a great way to act as a business owner either.
Will never return or recommend
