Food and price was outstanding, service at bar was average ,I was young once but the disgusting language from the young blokes in work uniforms was way too much including the F and C words , 5 stars for the food and minus zero star for no responsible service of alcohol in the main bar ..

I got married on 14/2/2022 and had my reception at the Hockey Club. What can I say buy WOW… the room was set up so beautifully, the food was amazing, the Chef made our wedding cake and she did an awesome job it was so pretty and the staff were just tremendous. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of having their next celebration here. 10/10 guys thank you so much for a lovely time from Mr and Mrs Anderson

EDIT: Went again on a Friday. Very busy and quite noisy. We both ordered together but my meal arrived 10-15 minutes before my friends did. Then she had to remind them. Will try again on a Tuesday.
Went on a Tuesday. Menu still has a good selection and great food on the menu.

Both meals were large & delicious. Crumbed steak & veggies opted out of the broccoli & was given an extra veg. Fettuccine with added chicken large & creamy meal. Garlic bread was very buttery/garlic.

I had a fabulous meal. The staff were very efficient and professional but more importantly they were warm and friendly. Altogether a most enjoyable experience. I will definately be returning.

Ordered takeaway at 5.30, told it would be 30 mins. Now 6.20 and told it would be another 15 mins. When we told the waitress that over the phone it would be 20 mins her reply was " well I didn't take your order"
