Stayed for a week for training in Toowoomba. Had a studio apartment. Perfect for a single person who's just staying at night. Comfortable bed and large fridge for supplies. Big shower and soap and shampoos are supplied. Right in the centre of the city and walking distance to pretty well everything you need.
The only thing I found was that the microwave was not working, but that was the only thing.
Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. Free undercover parking for hotel guests. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The rooms at first glance look great, however, the carpet join to the tiles was frayed and tripped on the long stands, the curtains hang on the floor by about 15 centimetres and this was tripped on as the crutches got tangled in them next to the bed. The fridge was great size and anyone on the reception desk always greets you

We booked the hotel based on the photos of the advertising and the fact they advised they had air conditioning. When we checked into the room we found that there was only air conditioning in the living area and not the two bedrooms.
The room was extremely dated, carpet very stained throughout and masking tape on the ground between the dining carpet and kitchen tiles. (carpet must have been lifting). There was an odd smell throughout as well. We then went straight back to the reception desk advising we didn't want to stay due to the lack of air conditioning. Weekend had 35Deg weather.
Reception at first was reluctant to refund any money, but eventually agreed to refund one of the days nights accommodation. We are still to see the funds in our account. We ended up checking in next door at the Oaks. Clean, modern and fresh and was slightly less which was a bonus. I would not recommend for the value.

We asked in advance for a room with a walk in shower as I recently had two knee replacements. We were advised that was not a problem and the staff assured that a room was flagged and the cost of 1 room was taken from our account. When we arrived such a room was not available and that we would have to have a room with a bath. We stayed two nights with much difficulty.
The room we had was very tired and needed refurbishing.

I stayed one night for work. Rm 311. Everything looked good until I entered the room. The room was clean but the doona was filthy and I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on it. It smelled of vomit and was discoloured. I took it off the bed and just had the sheets. I’m glad I always take my pillow with me. The shower was old and the glass was not clean. You could not see through it properly. I went to brush my teeth and mouldy slime came out of the tap. I packed up and went home to shower. I would not stay there again even though the location is great. There was a big wall outside the room so I could not see anything. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly.

Typical high rise motel. No issues, decent sized room with kitchen facilities, large bathroom and a table which is good when traveling for work. I could not find a luggage stand in the room, which I find handy to but my luggage on. Centrally located so easy walking distance to multiple restaurants.

Hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance from everything you could need.|Has plenty of parking available and it's entry and exit to the car park with a security fob.||We had one of the 3 bedroom units and were lucky enough to be on the 9th floor with amazing views of the city.||The apartment itself was great, the main room, wardrobe and ensuite are on one side of the unit with the living areas and kitchen in the middle then the 2 other rooms and bathroom on the other side so def felt spacious and you had a lot of space to yourself.||Kitchen was really good with a lot of provided items that would get you through a stay without having to go out every night.||Bedrooms were bright and airy and beds were comfy, though not sure if it's a Qld thing but no blankets were provided, just the top sheet and comforter.||Bathroom was clean and spacious, the bath did make a funny noise when you stepped in the middle (did freak out the first time wondering if the floor was gonna collapse on me), water temp was good but was pressure was pretty average.||Room includes a washer and dryer and air drying rack which was super helpful if you were packing light.||Balcony was super spacious but there is slotted screens between the balconies meaning sound travelled very easily and there wasnt really any privacy.||Didn't really get a chance to use the gym, there was different signs telling you of the opening hours but from what we discovered and could see there was no access before 7am and it closed again at 9pm so we were not able to have an early morning or late night work out.|Pool was lovely and refreshing.|Spa was amazing, though VERY shaped so trying to get in and out was quite tricky and only 1/2 the jets worked so only one end of the spa got bubbles. Also no signage on how to work the spa, if it wasn't for a couple who helped me out I would of just been sitting in warm water with no bubbles haha.||If we came back to the area we would definitely stay here again.
