My family and I lived here for nearly 10months we absolutely loved it..the place was in great condition.. overall the staff were absolutely amazing friendly and very helpful when ever I needed help .I highly recommend this place..note I had my three fur babies living with us by far the best pet friendly accommodation I've been to so far..I wish I could have stayed longer I loved it so much I actually started calling it home 🤣

This is a fabulous location , older but functional units and very close to shops and services. I enjoyed the management style of the first team when I checked in. They made me feel welcome and only to happy to help a guest at any time.
There was a noticeable change when another management couple returned and I felt I was not respected as a guest viewed by them as an inmate.
This potentially fantastic venue depends on who is at the desk unfortunately.

Stayed here for about 2 months with my kids. This place is not for families or young adults. The carpets smell like animal urine. Staying here is like living at your grandparents house. The permanent residence constantly complain about EVERYTHING. The managers constantly watch EVERYTHING YOU DO. There is no privacy.

Our cat loves this place, it was the second time that we stayed here, and she, usually very shy and scared of everything, was super excited as it was familiar to her. Also, Karen and Allan are great hosts. Some might say that the hotel room's hardware and appliances are old, which I agree to some extent - we had some fun times with the washing machine, it had some temper, but nevertheless all appliances are in good working order. And what really matters is that the rooms are always clean and tidy and looked after. Also, it's in 5-7 min walking distance from the Toowong Train Station and a shopping mall, which is convenient. Looking forward to stay again, if need be.

Firstly, location is good. However, management is not considerate
Extra charges for everything!! So strict, in every extra car they will charge you $15 per day. The room that we stayed is very outdated. Lounge is dirty visible stain (please see photo). If you're allegic to dust better not stay in this accomodation (Pile of dust on windows -see photo). Very strict management and be VERY CAREFUL OF EXTRA CHARGES!!!

Been staying at this place for probably the last 30 years. I've used it for overnights when transiting through Brisbane, up to a couple of weeks on holiday and everything in-between. So last week when requesting to book a room for Saturday night, I was surprised to be told they were busy and I would have to book a minimum of two nights. I was forced to go elsewhere and that business which unlike Toowong Villas had modern fittings and a elevator will get my patronage from now on. It says a lot about a business that happily rejects a long term customer when it suits them and they have received the last of my hard earned coin.

Great location, walking distance from Toowong Village and access to all public transport. Very easy check-in process. The room was spacious and well taken care of. Plenty of onsite parking. Great value accommodation for a short trip to Brissie!
