We booked this hotel because of its price and location. It is close to the train station , woolworths dominos pizza and an entire lane of Indian restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. The sink inside the room stinks, the window can't be opened for fresh air. one lamp is not working. Air conditioning is in good working order and there is a ceiling fan if you feel hot. The room carpet looks dirty as well. There is a free tea and coffee and free bottle of water and tetra pack milk which is very generous for a hotel pub style. The noise from the pub is gone around 9:30ish. Quiet and dark, which is good for sleeping. The common bathroom has 2 toilets, a shower and a bath tub. Toiletries are provided (bath soap, shampoo and conditioner). Their hallways and rooms are wooden floors, so expect some noise coming from the people walking outside or even inside the room. The bar staff is friendly and shows us the way to the entrance of the hotel. They open at 10am. We didn't get any emergency briefing if something happens or a contact number to call. probably it is good to know next time you are there.

We were very sceptical to stay here, but was close for our appointment. What a surprise to find such a lovely hotel in the heart of Toongabbie. Our room was very clean, with lots of space for our luggage. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, our rump steak was cooked to perfection. The staff were all good especially Raman who made us feel very special.

Very sorry but there is a lot of issues here. Bar staff were great and so helpful. Booking in was stressful. Told many times for different issues about not setting off fire alarms as it would cost us $1800 eg smoking in the room, seemingly showers and using the wrong stairs. We could open the window to get fresh air. Sheets were clean and coffee making was ok. Womems bathroom one toilet didn't have a flush the other the door didn't close properly. Men's were dirty. This is not the staff's issue but management needs to either fix the issues or close the accomodation until they do. While it was cheap compared to a motel, there should still be a standard. Sorry.

Stayed one night Very disappointed with facilities. Outdated and dirty. Broken toilets in bathroom. Only one shower with no room to hold any items. Shower disgusting, covered in mildew and mould. Room was adequate but photos definitely did not represent. Air conditioner noisy and making on and off rattling sounds all night. Parking was insufficient, difficult to enter and not secure. Overpriced for what was provided. Did not use any bar facilities in main hotel so cannot comment on these, only accomodation. Cannot understand any positive reviews. Will not be returning or recommending.

We ducked in here for dinner one Tuesday night before a local meeting and had the rump. It was really tasty and cooked to my request on a bed of chips and with salad. It was a little smaller than I expected but nonetheless enjoyable. The pub was also quieter than I expected. The staff were polite, and it was easy to order at the bar. My food was also served quite promptly.

Stayed here for a night. The rooms are very spacious, the beds comfy and there was aircon. The shared bathroom was ok, in need of a bit of an update but it does the job. The food from the restaurant was delicious and filling. Would easily recommend for a short stay.
