Location walking distance to beach playgrounds, BBQs and restaurants. Apart from need some small maintenance and you are not fussy this is a great place. It does have a flight of stair which could possibly be replaced in the future. Very spacious for up to 6people and has everything that any other place would have. Balcony is massive as well. I actually brought too much stuff when bringing linen as it has a light comforter on the beds with blankets and pillows. Which i brought all of our linen. Very satisfied with this accommodation. Thanks looking forward to my stay this week. No wifi either.

This ancient property has a lot to offer from cockroaches to no power socket in the bedrooms, the bathroom sink becomes a swimming pool soon after using it. No WIFI.
The owner cut the power on the last day 2 hours before checkout on a short notice due to some maintnance to be done on the antique, there was no electricity for 2 hours in the hot weather, no proper compensation provided except offering a coffee.

Location is great, snapper rocks are on walking distance, free parking is available.

Bit dated no airconditioning, cleaning and website booking process could be easier.
Pet friendly terrace for downstairs is shared it is also thoroughfare to and from laundry and outdoor shower all I get is constant stream of adults and kids staring through my open lounge and main bedroom door (of which has to remain with curtain open for heat reduction.
Then this is reason why I would not recommend tondio terrace to anybody, there is a fitness nut job over the fence of the terrace whom at 5am every 3 days will wake you up skipping on his backyard pavement like an elephant!! All you hear is a whipping and thud thud thud he been made aware he is upsetting yet continues with his wake you up fitness routine(have put pic of his letterbox in pics 241 boundary st rainbow bay coolangatta also have video of the 5am skipping but this review won't load video).
I phoned the real estate 2nd time it happened and left message on their voicemail that was 3 days ago and they still failed to return contact so this morning I ring the emergency number which also goes to voicemail!!!
Would not recommend tondio or rainbow bay realty to anybody I do not want 5am wake ups on holiday or a real estate whom don't want to deal with issues of their high paying holiday clients and I am certain neither would you!

Be warned what a rip off had to go pick up keys furniture is broken and uncomfortable to sit on no towels or sheets curtains r see threw when U change no pillow cases no toilet paper no bin liner place was dirty smell of dog d droppings outside no internet no cleaning products for toilet no heater was very cold at night as l had to sleep with door open as for the smell no reception had to knock on residents door to find out where to go to pick up keys wasn't told any instructions l will not be going back again
