We went to Tom's Tavern for lunch today even though we're a bit unsure as we had dinner here to 3 months ago and it was horrible.... well I don't know what to say about the meals today ... they were so large so fresh and absolutely amazing. Congrats, Tom's Tavern. I don't know if you changed anything there recently, but what a difference we will definitely be back for more

I was seated as soon as I came in, and my food came very fast after ordering. (The chicken is juicy not dry, and the salad was fresh and crisp. I ordered garlic sauce instead of gravy. The price was little more than other places but not too bad.)
The waitress took my plate within seconds of me finishing my food...

RSLFriendship Club had their Christmas Dinner there yesterday.
Food was beautiful, service was outstanding thanks to Kim and hats off to the chef
It is our third year in a row there for our Christmas Party and I think this was the best one so far

I ordered the Linguine Pasta with Prawns, i could only stomach a spoonful it was that bad, actually it was dreadful. Pasta was over cooked nothing was seasoned my 5 prawns were stewed no vegetables and was just an overall bad meal for $34.00

I went to Toms Tavern with the intent of a nice Valentines day dinner with my partner. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the crumbed steak. Wait time was around 15 mins.
I was served a horrible burnt and tasteless crumbed steak that was the worst I've ever eaten. I'm amazed that any chef with standards would allow such a poor product go out to diners.
I requested and received a refund.
I've personally had better experiences with dining and Toms Tavern previously but am hesitant to return any time soon.

Dropped in for a quick Crumbed Steak and a Schooner or 2.
Portion size was good, unfortunately the steak was inedible, deep fried into extinction 👎👎
Sorry guys, I won't be back.
Suggest you send your cooks over to The Vale or Kirwan Tavern to learn to cook.

Main meals came out pretty quickly.
Food was good.
Ordered dessert, which was forgotten.
Reminded them 20 minutes later.
Still took another 20 minutes to come.
We ordered the cheesecake. It was served up without ice cream as described in the menu, and only 2 of them had the Shortbread as described in the menu.
Still charged full price.
By this time the kitchen had shut.
No good service really.
