We had a great stay. Even arriving late, we were warmly welcomed by fellow guests enjoying a beer in the pub. Our room was small but comfortable, with AC, chilled water in the fridge and all the essentials. The bathroom was spotless, and you could tell someone really put effort into creating a cozy atmosphere.

Stayed here for five nights and we found the hotel an excellent location for all the local attractions, restaurants and in particular the excellent tram service| which is close and very convenient to use to get to Glenelg as well.|The rooms have everything you need for your stay including a coffee maker which was lovely and the rooms are very clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a lovely view of Adelaide. |Quick shout out for Daniel at reception he completely goes the extra mile to Assist guests to get the most out of their stay in South Australia.|The price is very good and we will definitely stay there again on our frequent visits to Adelaide to see family.||SAFETY TIP if you book the car park and are travelling alone the car park is very poorly lite and the lane way back to the entrance of the hotel is pitch black and quite scary!

Booked a six night stay, Upon arriving its bit confusing how to get to reception its on other side of building. We stayed in a accessible room, unfortunately the bathroom shower had no grab rails and the tap is quite a distance from the pull down shower chair. For most this probably wouldn't be an issue but for me it was. The staff came and asked me about it and what they could do to fix it in future which i thought was really nice of them. I don't like to write bad reviews but i have to mention there was dried blood on our bed quilt. which we didn't notice until we were getting into bed the first night. We alerted them first thing in morning and by time we got back from our day out they had changed it. The hotel had some very seedy characters i think it may be where the government put up ppl who are mental health, homeless etc. for the night. The person across from our room was constantly wherever we went asking us for cigarettes. yelling towards us, wasn't till later we realized he wasn't yelling at us but himself. Felt a little unsafe so i always made sure i had my partner with me. We ended up changing hotels on second day because i needed a more accessible bathroom. Would like to add the staff where great and helped with anything we needed.

The hotel accommodation was excellent and they allowed us to take in our two small dogs for our two night. Stay. Staff was very helpful and the facilities were great. Likewise kitchen area. Very good and shower and bathing area. Great would totally recommend this location is very good, but you just need to concern yourself about parking that is available in the area Other than that we had a wonderful time

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful with information on how to get around. It was wonderful to find the free tram to the mall out one entrance & free bus out the other. The tram also went straight out to Glenelg to enjoy the sunset. Also close to Central Market. Perfect location for getting around the city. Lovely view over the rooftops to the Adelaide Hills. Very comfortable. Will definitely stay again when I return to Adelaide.

Good location by the tram stop, but slightly away from the hustle and bustle from the busy part of city.
Room was great for price, although shower very small and the shower head points directly at the door. Also the door to our room and door to interconnecting room shook every time our neighbours arrived or left their room.

I stayed one night for a work trip and was greeted by helpful and lovely staff.
Close to the market, restaurants and tree lined streets. Quiet rooms, double glazed windows, easy to find and modern and clean.
The higher levels also have beautiful views of the city. Everything seemed quite recently renovated, pictures true to what it looks like.

I recently visited Adelaide with a friend and we stayed in this lovely hotel. I had a fantastic experience! The hotel was spotless, with a comfortable room that included thoughtful extras like a coffee machine with coffee pods, tea, and a nice view of the city. The location was ideal, with a tram station nearby that made exploring the city and heading to the beach a breeze. Lots of great coffee places and restaurants around within a walking distance. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, adding to the overall warmth of the stay. I’ll definitely be back!
