100% Recommend!! You will not regret it. Keeley is the ABSOLUTE BEST Remedial Massage therapist you will come across in Noosa Shire. Back in June 2021, I went through a major back pain crisis (due to several herniated discs). I called many places, going as South as Maroochydore, asking for an emergency appointment but no one could take me. Keeley booked me in for the very next morning! She took the time to get to know me and my medical history to better understand why I was in so much pain. A couple of days after my 1st treatment, with some additional at-home stretching exercises, I could move freely again! What a relief! I have been seeing many practitioners throughout my life: osteo, physio, chiro, acupuncture, but never thought Remedial Massage would be the actual solution for pain management! Of course, it has to be combined with daily stretching and appropriate workout routine, but I was so amazed by the results that I decided not to stop! I could not thank Keeley enough for being such an amazing practitioner and kind & compassionate person. I will forever be grateful to have met her and I am looking forward to my weekly session! It is a real "me-time" moment that allows me to completely let go of all the stress while she works on my body to avoid any tensions to build up again. What a perfect combination!
