Great setup. Staff are always very friendly. The cold/warm pools are fantastic. The only issue is that, due to it being so popular, it can get fairly packed in the pools on the weekends. In saying that, it’s a great place!

Brand new detox water therapy place on sugar rd! We aren’t triathletes so don’t let the recovery word stop you from going. The huge hot spa is the best we’ve ever sat in. 15 minutes being bubbled before jumping into the hot/cold plunge pools was amazing. Those pools are clean, refreshing, fun and challenging. Timed 2 mins in each during a 30 min session makes for a tingly and terrific feeling after.
They also have a new infrared sauna and massage systems plus massage services. 4th visit and many more planned, we felt like athletes when we left lol. Super helpful and friendly owners. Book in now!!

We attended TLC recovery as a team utilizing a voucher following winning a local sporting competition. The staff were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the benefits of the hot/cold magnesium pools. They encouraged us to ensure we tried the cold pools and boy am I glad I did! It was invigorating. We had a great time, and will definitely be back. Thanks TLC Recovery for an awesome afternoon.

Got the cheap Tuesday $50 session, with 30 minutes of Normatec Compression, 30 minutes of sauna and 30 minutes of hot and cold plunge pools. It was a great deal and I feel revived. The staff were friendly and informative. I will be back

Facilities were excellent . The staff were what made my visit exceed expectations . Being my first time going to such a facility I was a little bit hesitant but the warm and very helpful staff member made me feel at ease with the whole process . Affordable and definitely beneficial. Feel great .... highly recommended

Had such a great experience here today. Great vibe, nice clean facilities, lovely staff, and the pools are a great size so i felt I got heaps of space to myself. Very reasonable pricing too, under $50 for an hour and a half was amazing.
