Had a little wait. but I didn't book either.
That recommended the Build a Nail as my nails are very thin.
Amazing and Natural. only thing was there was a little heat when first under lamp. but all in all Nails look natural!

she was so rude to me. this is my LAST time coming here. she kept twisting my fingers till they turned purple, kept pushing my arms down cos she didn’t like how they were apparently, made my arms go awkward ways then got upset they were in awkward ways, rolled her eyes and took big sighs almost every time. made two other staff members come and watch me while i was getting my design on my nails talking with each other definitely about me. she was very rude. made me pay SO MUCH MONEY for just a french tip.. 95 is a bit too much when i came here last year and got star patterns that cost 81 dollars. i’m very upset about this experience. my nails look beautiful tho its just that one staff member. do better

First time here, first time getting a pedicure, took my daughters, both got lap blankets I got nothing, one got her massage chair put on my other daughter and me got nothing. I got a male technician who file my nails down to the skin, he use a shaver to shave the dead skin off but took too much of my left foot that I can hardly walk on it now. The massage on my legs and feet was not enjoyable it was sent pain up my legs cause he use so much pressure. I did not enjoy my toes being cracked. After painting my toes he file them down again which was painful as there was no nail left to file. Then when we went to pay I thought it was $40, but it was $55 cause of the colours we chose, but nobody said what the pricing was for the colours. I also felt very uncomfortable not knowing what they were saying and felt he was making comments about me. Will not be back here, not sure I will do pedicures again either.

Absolutely wonderful staff and wonderful place! Most highly recommend! I come here all the time, and everyone is so very kind and helpful. I see a lovely girl named Loan and she is so accommodating and nice. She works so hard and goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. Thank you!!

Manh knows what he’s doing. I was very satisfied with his delicate touch and the results. I had a very bad experience at another nail salon in Castletown, but I’m happy I found this place. It’s my go-to spot for nails now. Thank you!

I visited Tips & Toes for the last 5 years first at willows and then Castletown. I cannot fault the amazing staff at Castletown, I never leave not loving my nails, they listen and give me exactly what I ask for every time.

Went in with some GF’s for mani pedis, the pedis were ok apart from having to ask for warm water.
The manicurist was soo rough and not stable in his work at all. I indicated that he was hurting me several times and said “please be gentle” (I’ve never had issues in the past),
He then proceeded to do the exact same thing with no regard or actual understanding of what I had said or indicated. I tried to ask for a darker colour as an over coat which took 3 attempts before I had to ask someone else to explain.

When I went to pay and they said “how was everything” I explained “not good…..” no apology or discount was offered.

I had chau do my acrylic toes and she’s absolutely quick and incredible love it. I think a pedi plus acrylic toes and French tip for $135 is a great price
