Great small caravan park. Very economical and good location to explore the area. Drive to Inverell easily. Had flat site on grassed area with power and water hookup. Has laundry facility. If you are looking for quiet country stay it is great.

Tingha Gems caravan park is truly a hidden gem of the New England area.
Only 20-ish kms from Inverell, in a mostly quiet neighbourhood(small dogs barking next door, and kids on motorcycles after school). The showers are HOT and clean, and toilets are also spotless.
Camp kitchen features a microwave, hot plate, and BBQ.
Jenny the caretaker is friendly and helpful.
For $10 unpowered, you could not ask for more!

This place is so unique and so are the people in town. I am waiting to get back to enjoy everything Tingha and its surrounds have to offer. The facilities at this location are clean and neat, and very well set out.

Camped here during the Aus day long weekend.
The shower/toilet amenities were absolutely spotless and clean!
We had a camping spot under a big shady tree, and it was absolutely lovely and quiet.
The swimming hole was popular during the hot days.

This place is unreal, cheap, well kept, clean amenities, nice clean grounds and very friendly operators. Highly rate this place, glad the missus found it on the net. Will definitely be back to base ourselves for future fossicking trips based on tips you gave us. Cheers again. This place is cheap, $10 unpowered, $20 powered. Trees and grass.

Lovely clean, tidy small caravan park. Stayed for 4 nights . Amenities spotless. Caretakers were very helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcome and gave us some good information about Tingha. Great rates.

We stayed with a group of about 8 couples who belong to a lapidary club in Brisbane.
The Managers who run the park at Tingha are friendly and keep the amenities spotless. We enjoyed they're company and the large camp fire.
They have a large camp kitchen with a decent size BBQ along with a large fridge freezer. If you go during the summer there is a large clean water hole they call the swimming hole.
I highly recommend this Park to all Caravan or camping travellers especially if they're into crystals etc. I will be going back ASAP.
