I recently visited Timezone Orion Springfield and had the pleasure of being assisted by Brooke, and I just have to say, she was amazing! From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with such a warm and friendly attitude. Not only did she answer all of my questions in detail, but she also made sure that everything was up to standard and running smoothly. Her level of care and professionalism really stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, and it truly made my visit memorable. I can’t thank her enough for being so incredibly helpful! We recently had our daughter's birthday party, and I'd like to share our experience. All the staff members were very helpful, especially our host (apologies, I can't recall his name). He was incredibly supportive throughout the event. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had to share the party room with another group. Unfortunately, we weren't informed about this until the day of the event. It became quite crowded with our 10 guests and their parents, along with people from the other party group. It would have been much better if we had been notified about this earlier when I initially booked the party.

Timezone was great for our 8 yr olds birthday party. The kids had plenty of time on all of the games, the room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family and friends to sit around. And Bella was a fantastic host. She couldn’t have been more helpful and fun for the kids.

Booking process was easy, communication was great, 2 hosts Jorja and Emily S were great with the kids, keeping everting running on time and responding to requests. everything was simple and straight forward and the kids had a blast with no stress to us.

It's a small timezone compared to others out there, but it had a good atmosphere. A few of the machines weren't working, and they could really do with an upgrade on some of their claw machines being tightened. Staff were kind and helpful as soon as we walked in.

Had a birthday party today at Timezone Orion and our host was James, the kids and I loved having him as host. He shared interests with the kids which kept them entertained and made sure they were always having fun. Had a very nice talk with him as well when he always checked in with us was very easy to get along with.
