Recently stayed at one of these cottages. The location is beautiful- very tranquil and peaceful and you can spend hours on the verandah looking at the water and the surrounding areas. We did bring our own chairs which was good because the verandah furniture left a lot to be desired. ||The cabins are all very separate and private and you don't see or hear your neighbours. There is a nice walk down to the water. ||The cabins are quite old and definitely need a new mattress and some more glasses etc and a bit of a spring clean. No wifi so bring your own if you need it.

We stayed at the Cottages for a short break as we explored the Bega region. The booking through Susie was so easy. It is a delightful property with 4 cottages spaced away from each other so you have total privacy. The cottage we stayed in looked directly over the lake. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit, listen to the birdlife, watch the changing colours of the lake and slow down. The "beach" area showed how important this property is to the owners - truly a slice of paradise. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property has a lovely BBQ area and plenty of parking. We found it central for exploring Bermagui, Bega, Moruya. Loved the fact they are pet friendly. We definitely look forward to staying again.

We stayed at one of 4 self contained cottages. ||Each one seems to be the same layout and set around a communal area which has a large BBQ and covered area for prep and eating. ||Each cottage had a slightly different outlook and each one was private enough not to intrude on the other. ||There is access to the lagoon for fishing and some lovely walking tracks. Not the place to stay unless you want peace and quiet.||It would be ideal for a group of families to rent to whole place out.||I ha d a lovely 8 nights theire with my fella and we did many day trips to see the surrounds. ||||Will go again for sure .

This was our second visit here and will not be our last. The cabins are perfect for what we require. It's small, but for the price, it's what we want for one couple and it has everything self catering requires. The single best feature is the BBQ area with the "huge" open fireplace. With another couple, we spend hours there, eating, chatting, cooking and enjoying a bottle of wine. It's a bit tired but look past that because its worth it.

Beautiful place, very relaxing and peaceful, good fishing, perfect for the dogs as well! Central to a lot in the area. We will be back.

A beautiful well fitted - out cabin located on the banks of a beautiful lake with stunning views. The atmosphere was extremely relaxed and our hosts friendly and welcoming. Each cabin had plenty of it's own space and was not overlooked.

View of the Lake are very pretty.| I wanted to paint, my husband wanted peace to read. We both fancied quiet walks & little trips to nearby places. Humble unit & facilities, but perfectly fine for the price

I stayed as part of a group who were volunteering to help with the animal rescue after the fires in NSW. At the end of our mission in Australia this was such a welcome break after the intense weeks we had had. It was beautiful.||Lovely people running it put up with all our last minute plan changes.||Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all.
