Tilba Lake House - Central Tilba, New South Wales

We enjoyed a couple of nights here, great provisions, a helpful host, who sorted us a Saturday night dinner reservation and kept in touch by WhatsApp. Self check in before we arrived so very straightforward to get settled in. Loved the birds, the garden and the dog, Archie. Cloudy skies both evenings so no stargazing sadly. Highly recommend.

Not our first visit to the south coast but our first time staying here. Wonderful location, great tiny house is super cozy and inviting. The tiny house all you need.
Our Tiny House had the light on to assist us, wood was ready to start the fire and once going it was lovely to sit and listen to it crackling away while enjoying the quietness the location has at night.
The property is in a wonderful spot. Views are awesome.+25
Sitting around reading is a nice way to spend time here, the breeze blowing, the cows wondering around in the next paddocks plus Archie the farm dog was very welcoming.
He came over to say hi and welcome which was a great way to start our day as we arrived the previous night a little late.

On the Sunday i decided to lay on the deck and enjoy some afternoon sun in between lunch and dinner, Archie came over to check we were ok.
I invited him to lay with me and enjoy the sun which he was happy to do. He is super friendly and a bit of a moocher, so am i when it comes to dogs so we were both happy.

There is so many lovely places close by to visit and enjoy.

The Tilba cemetery has a wonder view and worth checking out, Central Tilba has good food, friendly people and the Bellbrook Farm Loop is well worth finding. Its behind the pub in Central Tilba.
Make sure once you get to the bottom of the stairs to take your shoes off and enjoy the soft grass under foot.
Keep an eye out for the local wallabies who jump across the track.
Bermagui is a short drive away and the pub does a very nice lunch overlooking the ocean. The cafe next door to the pub does a nice breakfast with good coffee. The view is included at no extra charge.
Narooma has a cute cinema that is a great evening time option to catch a movie. Restaurants are close by to eat prior.
Cafes here do a nice breakfast with good coffee.

We will be back to try one of the other Tiny House here and recommend trying them, the owners kept us informed and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as we hoped for.

We had the most amazing stay at Tilba Lake House.
The property is amazing and the tiny house had everything we needed.

Easy and contact free check in and check out. We stayed in the Clyde Tiny House and enjoyed our neighbours as felt like it added so much joy to our experience (the cows and of course Archie, the beautiful dog on site).
The ground coffee and Tilba milk already in the kitchen was such an added bonus! If you want a beautiful, relaxing stay in a community focused town I couldn’t recommend Tilba Lake House any higher.

We stayed in the Country Cottage at Tilba Lake House and enjoyed a tranquil week away from the nearby tourist towns of Narooma and Bermagui. The property is on the ocean side of the Princes Highway and has panaromic views of the adjacent lake and to the sea.||The cottage is well presented, good bathroom and ample kitchen facilities for breakfast and lunch. Central Tilba is only 2km away and has a great pub (The Dromedary) with an impressive menu, the well-known cheese factory and some quirky craft shops.||There is a recently opened walking trail behind the town - the Bellbrook Farm Loop - it is a very scenic 1 hour hike into the foothills.||Narooma and Bermagui are both very close, less than 15km, and provide eating options and coastal attractions. ||We recommend you check out the Tilba Lake House and Tilba in general if you are planning a trip on the NSW South Coast.

We stayed at a Tiny home at Tilba Lake House for the Easter weekend.

The Tiny Home was well-equipped and the view from the window was jaw dropping!

Thank you - it was a truly blissful stay. Your property is stunning, the tiny house just gorgeous, the little touches were so thoughtful & if we could have adopted Archie the dog we would have. He’s a brilliant ambassador! The location is truly picturesque & the surrounding areas are beautiful. Definitely worth visiting the gorgeous town of Tilba Central and walking the beach of Mystery Bay.
We will definitely come back and tell all our friends how fabulous a stay at the Tilba Lake House is.

We had an amazing time at Tilba Lake House !
It was our first time in a tiny house and we will never forget it. We slept in Georgia, very cute one, with an amazing view !
The location is just stunning, the garden is perfectly maintained and the owners are very welcoming and always available to give some good advices about things to do around.

Very special mention for the lovely Archie, what a great guest relation, always ready to play or to be pet !!!

We had such a relaxing and good time there and we even extended one night to enjoy more !
We will be back for another suspended moment at Tilba Lake house for sure !
