Room service very poor. Only main bedroom attended. Took our rubbish once. Took out recycling cans that we had sorted away from the bin. Bathroom never attended. Left dirty cups on bench. I formed staff came the next day and re made main bedroom only. Had to ask for toilet paper and replace body wash in shower. Never attended any of the other rooms. Did not vacuum at all.
Broken lock to balcony door which was accessible to general public.
Can hear people above flush toilet and walking.
Beds are comfortable and great location only.

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, particularly for families with children. The accommodations are not only outdated but also severely neglected, with evident signs of grime and filth. Our experience was marred by the presence of bodily fluids in the room, prompting our immediate departure the following morning. Although the location is desirable, it is regrettable that this hotel has been allowed to deteriorate, as it possesses the potential to be a superior destination with proper maintenance and attention.

Also Don't fall victim to Webjet advertising this place as a "great family holiday" you'll be very disappointed.

Fantastic apartment for the price. Yes its older and dated but the room was clean. The rooms are quite bright overnight because of the outside light, nothing a sleep eye mask can't help.
The location is fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Place was cheap, room was dated. Pool needs some tlc. The view of the river is beautiful.
There was only one fork and two plates for a family of five. This place really has some potential but unfortunately there hasn’t been any general maintenance done in a long time. Perfect location and the kids had fun making friends at the pool. Beds are comfortable. We where booked for one night so we really were only using it as a cheap base. Photos of pool on trip advisor is not a true reflection of it state. Maybe 25years ago

Exceptional in every aspect, nice spacious rooms, pleasant and helpful staff, smooth check in and check out. Welcoming for those with kids. Lovely pool with a cool water slide, great location for everything including night-life, beaches, fishing, shops and more. Loved this hotel, 100% recommend.

The apartment style hotel room was spacious, value for money, clean and really close to all transport for visiting all the theme parks and Woolworths to cook food and save extra cash.
I strongly recommend the hotel invest in airfryers in lieu of the kitchens not having ovens as we often wanted to cook something quick and easy after a long day out but had no oven to do it. I would also recommend non-stick pots and pans as all the food would stick and burn and you have to scrub for ages just to cook the next bit of the meal. Also not something you want to be doing after a long day out.
Staff were always friendly and had a smile and very accommodating to your needs.

Great service apartments for those who are not picky. Not luxurious, but everything is there when I need them. Made a few breakfast for the family in the morning. I assume this hotel is consider very luxurious many years back. I still love it and will be back. Very friendly staff, and always trying to fulfill what you need.

We spent 5 nights at tiki with our 2 kids, and had a beautiful stay in this complex

We were on the first floor (where the main pool is located) and were facing both the street and the elevator, so for the future we might ask for a room facing the river rather than the front as it was noisy at night, both from guests traffic and street noises; in saying that, earplugs fixed the issue and we’ve managed to sleep quite easy.

The apartment was older, but was clean and had plenty of room. The kitchenette was well equipped and everything was in working order. We have changed our towels and asked for extra sugar and coffee multiple times and the staff has been very helpful in making sure we always had what we needed

The location is TOP, you’re right in the heart of surfers paradise and a short walk from the beach. Easy to park around, the hotel offers parking but has limited availability so we used mostly a secure parking located on the next block. Woolworths and Coles are at walking distance, so we enjoyed being able to cook our own breakfast and pack lunch for the day at the parks, since the apartment had all we needed for it, plus a working dishwasher

This establishment is by no means a luxury hotel, but the staff are lovely and accommodating, our flat was clean and spacious, the pool and slide were a hit with the kids and the place has a chilled relaxed vibe. If you are looking for a fairly priced accommodation and value location/convenience over luxury tiki is a great place to stay
