Today was My son’s Birthday at Tik Tocs,and Honestly We had the most wonderful time at the Playground Centre! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing — warm, friendly, and so attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a fun and safe environment for everyone.

The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and full of exciting activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. There was something for every age group, and it was great to see how engaged and happy all the children were.

The service throughout our visit was excellent — efficient, thoughtful, and always with a smile. And let me just say, the food was a very pleasant surprise! Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and perfectly suited for both kids and adults. It’s clear that quality and care are a priority here.

Overall, this place exceeded all our expectations. It’s the perfect spot for a family outing, a birthday party, or just a fun afternoon. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Always love bringing our kids to tik tocs in Prestons, Raf & the staff are super friendly and always helpful! Super spacious & kids have a blast. We’ve held many private functions here also, the team here always exceptional.

I had my kids Farewell Party there today with 18 of their friends which included a Disco and Laser Tag. We had an absolute blast. The service was amazing, the catering was on point and the staff are lovely. Very accommodating and had a great laugh with the owners. Also, the Price was the best in the area. You get a bang for your buck here. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be back.

I do not recommend coming here! I wish I could have clicked no stars. It’s absolutely the most disgusting and dangerous place for kids. I came on a weekday morning because I knew it would be quiet. $35 for 1 adult and 2 toddlers which is a standard price for play centres except this one needs to be replaced with new equipment. It’s extremely run down, holes in all the netting, pool noodles instead of proper padding are everywhere with zip ties sticking out. Carpets are filthy and stained. Some parts don’t even have padding or carpet on the floor just a concrete floor so that’s definitely a safely issue if a child falls. Everything is dusty and dirty. The place is falling apart and they’re holding it together with sticky tape. I like to visit all the local play centres and came to this one based on the recent reviews. I have no idea where the high ratings came from based on what I saw. Clearly the owners do not care about hygiene and cleanliness.

Fantastic place to host a party. We’ve been there before and noticed this was the only place my little one liked without being too overwhelmed. The party package (20 kids) had enough great food and we ordered extra chicken 😋 and salad. We decided to order ice cream cake as the one provided wouldn’t be enough 😋 😋. Plenty of areas to accommodate for young and old. And Celine, the party host was fantastic - she’s pictured holding my boy when it became too much for him. She catered well and ensured activities times were organised in a timely manner to suit us. Thanks too to the rest of the staff who were just as helpful and friendly. See you next time.

I come here for the pizza. It’s the best I’ve had in Sydney. Fresh toppings, delicious dough and a great cheese mix. If a pizza craving hits, this is where I’ll be. It’s good delivered, but do yourself a favour and try it fresh out of the oven. Yum.
