Loved this place. Stayed here for 3 nights. Very comfortable and cosy, felt like a little home away from home. Self contained cottages with good quality facilities for cooking etc. The furniture was of good quality and comfortable. Very clean and looked out over the lake with all the bird life. Not too far from town, you probably need a car. The bird life was incredible. We'd wake up to birds singing every morning. Kate the owner is lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Booked a 2 bedroom cottage for a very good price. On arrival, we found a very clean and quaint cottage. It was very comfortable and quiet. It had a large TV, in a good sized living room. Full size stove and refrigerator and the bathroom was very good.||The only fault, for us, was no clock/radio in the bedroom, to see what time it was during the night/early morning. Also there were no clothes hangers. As we only stayed 3 nights, this wasn't such a problem but for longer stays they would be needed.

Myself and three fellow bikers stayed here recently for two nights and thought it was great. Our cottage had two bedrooms, one bathroom/toilet and a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area and deck overlooking the lake. It’s only a flat 10 minute walk into beautiful Deloraine and being just out of the town centre it’s very quiet. The entire booking process was easy and when we arrived early we were accommodated without fuss. We kept the room for the last day at a discounted rate which was great as we didn’t leave for Devonport until 6.00 pm. When we are here next year we will definitely book the Tiers.

This was our second time staying here. Both times were amazing with fantastic views over a small pond filled with friendly bird life. The cottages are large with separate bedrooms, good heating and a very cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here both for extended stays and for an overnight stopover on a long drive.

Wonderful Cottages, good size units that will fit 4 Adults comfortably. Very clean with modern facilities, comfortable beds, Full kitchen - oven, fridge microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and good quality cutlery. Have a nice car porch and garden landscape.
All cottages have Lovely view of the Lake from the unit"s balcony.

Very good service. My wife and I highly recommend this cottages.

These cottages have everything you need for a great stay overlooking the lake. Ours had a beautiful double or queen size bed in one room plus a single and 2 bunks in the other. Spacious lounge and all decks overlook the lake. The road nearby was not too noisy either.

I can't put into words how amazing our stay was here.
The cabin was stunning and beautifully maintained.
The bed was soooo comfortable and not only were the views from the attached decking area absolutely gorgeous, with the swans 🦢🦢 and ducks 🦆🦆 swimming around and coming up for a feed in the morning, the owner of Tiers Cottages was amazing.💚
If we could give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we would.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased.||Phone provided at reception to call for key access. Unit clean, well furnished, air conditioning and wifi work, comfortable couch, bed and pillows OK. Coin clothes washer and dryer.||The numbering system is odd--maybe they added units? 7 & 8 are close to road, then reception, then 1-6, I think. So 6 is probably further from road, so less noise at night than 8 and you could leave your windows open.
