Highly recommend. We had ‘date day’ include some experiences at thrive and LOVED IT. The compression boots put my partner to sleep. And we both sweated it out in the sauna. Will be back for sure!

Thrive is an amazing experience. Tamara is a great host and a wealth of knowledge and experience in the wellness space. The contrast therapy has improved my inflammatory pain and has been great for mental health - enabling me to switch off at the end of a busy work day. Highly recommended for all ages!

Thrive Wellness Hub is an absolute gem! The leg compressions are so relaxing, the saunas are soothing and the ice baths experience is life changing! Tamara is so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I’m addicted. Highly recommended. It’s good for your body and soul!
