Interesting setup. Looks like an isolated building/warehouse/student apartment type block. Room was clean, sheets were cleaned. Looks like freshly painted with new carpets. The building colour is a bit strange. Bright blue and pretty basic setup in the room. Not the homely, luxury feeing, more like industrial but good enough. My room mirror has a big crack. Mugs looks stained. We didn’t use it. Hair dryer, iron and a microwave was in the room. My suggestion would be to have some pot plants around the building to make the place more welcoming.

The rooms were very nice. Modern, spacious and well priced.

Only problem I had was that the fridge was turned off when I arrived, which melted the ice and drenched the fridge’s shelves.

Also, there is no reception and daily room service isn’t included. Not a dealbreaker for me though

Location was good to access & the set up simple & ok. The main downer was opening the room & our room smelled like smoke. Whether that was in the linen, the carpet or the air, it was pretty foul, then coupled with no opening windows didn't make for a great experience to air it out. Woke up with a dry, sore throat. The basics were OK, with bed, TV, fridge, shower, etc. but the lingering smell was a fair turn off.

Booked and wanted to change to another property but even before cancellation window was up they charged my card. Then arrive at property and room access code does not work, spend time on hold trying to gain assistance finally after 25 mins get new code that works. Get into room smells with unclean smell about it. Then TV does not work and told someone coming to sort out in 10-15mins and nobody showed up even though over 1.5hrs passed now. Absolute pathetic even the worst places I’ve stayed in 20 yrs are better than this place which deserves zero stars

Very clean and worth the money, yes there is no front desk ect but if your anti-social like me it’s great.
Codes are needed for all the doors, which is nice. It’s near a highway but you can’t hear a thing. The staff are easy to call and you’re given a number to call if you need anything.
The TV has Netflix ect that you can log into, vending machine downstairs as well as a laundry room. There is a balcony you can sit on if you wish, didn’t go out there.
The aircon and heating works fine. On-site parking that you can see from your window (no you don’t have to pay extra for it)
Elevator and stairs so accessible for anyone.

Stock standard definitely not a 4 star more like 2 and a half 3 star accommodation. The only thing I found fantastic was the location especially if you're just passing through the area.

Nice place to stay in , just for a night , no table to sit at to eat food it does have one chair and a desk , coffee and tea supplied

Unclean. Rude. Vomit outside hasn't been cleaned since i checked in. Fan in bathroom didn't work, heater didn't work
When asked for early check in as my flight was extremely early, only got a response at 3.50am the day of check in. A very vague message with the overall consensus that for a $40 fee, I could.
I arrived at the property and called the manager, to which I was not allowed early check in and got yelled at until I said I was in the wrong or he would cancel my booking.
He said he could get me in a room with three singles, instead of the deluxe king room I had booked.
Would avoid, can't wait to leave
Also, vomit as the balcony outside that hasn't been cleaned for at least 4 days.
Cops had also visited other rooms during my stay
