It's an awesome indoor basketball courts, casual visit always available at low fare before 3pm during WEEKDAY.

I just wish if the booking system can allow some balance, like providing certain time slots for weekend casual visit not only fully booked for competition or by individual group. Please bare in mind, people normally have to work during weekday, really wish to visit here for bit exercise at weekend

The basketball courts here are good, the outdoor facilities are great too. One staff member named Emily is friendly and also stern when necessary towards some of the casual players who seem to take advantage of the court closing times. There could be a better ice cream selection, my kids fought over the last original maxibon.

The basketball courts are fine, but there are windows just below the roof that do not have shades thus there's direct sun light blinding you in a few meters band on the court.
The wash facilities are nice with showers and change rooms.
If not for the direct sun light on the court, I would have given a 5 star.

Love this gym, heaps and heaps of parking and the courts are always clean. Court hire price is pretty reasonable, there's not a ton of availability but is always a good spot to check. Staff are good. Volleyball nets are a little slack when set up but we just ask to get them tightened so no problem. Probably my favourite gym to play in.

Nice badminton and basketball facilities. Need 72 hours to change bookings which is annoying. Staff is friendly however the people who play basketball on Saturday evenings, smoke right under the non smoking signs and management do nothing about it. There is very little managing of sports player's behaviours - the counter staff prefer to avoid enforcing rules and do not say anything even when asked.

Our experience with the sports centre has always been good until TODAY.
The staff by the name of Kurt was very very rude and abusive at the reception. It was shocking and upset us so deeply.
I will never never recommend anyone go there neither myself.

Probably the worst run sports venue I've ever been to.

Their courts are always dusty and the staff rarely ever clean it. There have been multiple instances where my friends have been hurt due to how slippery the courts are.

The staff are also very unorganised and have mixed up our bookings multiple times. Nothing is worse than being turned away from a court booking on the day when their staff have been too lazy to properly check to see if there are any existing bookings on the system before accepting a booking.

Furthermore the staff have tried to end our bookings early to set up the courts for a later booking. When I book to 12 PM it means my booking ends at 12 PM.
