Angela and the whole team at Woodland ensured Ellie & Patrick’s wedding is celebrated the way we wanted. Angela and her team accommodated our needs and wants which lead to a joyous, fun event not just for Ellie & Patrick but also for their young family. The team was professional, flexible, friendly, approachable, attentive and efficient. The food and the service was excellent 10/10. My family and I will definitely hold another event at woodland when there’s an opportunity and most definitely will recommend woodland to our family and friends.

Had my wedding here and absolutely loved it. Amazing service and really beautiful, they also provided a great DJ all 5/5). Food and wine package was fine (3.5/5). Attached are some pics of the venue decorated for someone else's wedding - the brown chairs are the wet weather alternative.

We had a small wedding ceremony here in January 2022. The entire process with the Woodlands was so easy as we were trying to organise from interstate. We never saw the venue in person until the day before but the pictures represented it perfectly. Beautiful and green with surrounding trees and bush that look lovely in photos. Felicia and the team were so kind and lovely to work with in the lead-up.
Our day was a bit rainy and wet so we had our ceremony on the balcony which had a beautiful view over the greenery below.

We got married in November last year at this venue we fell in love with it when we first saw it at a wedding expo they had on. Great communication and fantastic to deal with. If your looking for a place to have it all in one this is it. The staff are simply the best.

Beautiful place to get married!
We were very impressed and happy with the service provided by Woodlands both in the lead up to and on the day of our wedding! We absolutely loved the bushland backdrop for our outdoor ceremony and the function room was just as special with so much natural light and greenery views through the big glass doors. The catering and bar was tailored to our exact wishes and the staff on the night were so accommodating.
The events staff were easy to work with, contactable and took the time to understand our vision and help us make it happen, esp in the short timeframe we had !
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a function room for any occasion, but especially a wedding.

The Woodlands has been incredible in providing us excellent service during our wedding. From the first visit to check out the place, we felt that it was the perfect place for us to be married. Therese Smith was really helpful and welcoming from start to finish despite having only two (2) months to prepare for it. She explained everything we need to know and answered all our questions, both face to face and online, with a warm smile. The place is elegant by itself and we didn't have to decorate that much. After the wedding, we received a lot of great feedback from our guests regarding the venue, food, and the overall service.

We celebrated my mother's 80th at Woodlands in March just before lockdown. Woodlands were professional and had in place covid safe practices such as spacing of guests at tables, sanitiser and social distancing. We felt very looked after. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. Very pleased we booked our event there

The Team at The Woodlands Harrington Grove have been so amazing when we had our wedding there last 17th of December 2021. Therese & Felicia made sure that they've got all the details right, double checked with our vendors, and ensured that everything is set for our wedding day, which went smoothly without any issues. Emily & Chef Abhi from the F&B Team provided the best service & food that our guests keep commending about. We had Arancini & Octopus for Entrees, Barramundi & Beef for Mains, and Chocolate Ganache & Apple Tart for desserts. 100% will recommend them for any special occasion. Thank you guys!!!
