The manager on duty last night at the Windsor was amazing! The eftpos was down and he had to fix it for us at the bistro. He showed true professionalism after having lots of derogatory comments and abuse from other patrons directed at him but continued to be happy bright and bubbly directly after being abused. He is a true asset to the team.
The food was delicious with only short wait times and the bar staff whom seem stressed were polite and friendly.
Highly recommend this team on tonight for every night!

Had dinner here, food took 50 minutes to come out, it was somewhat busy, but plenty of empty tables.

I ordered the beef burger which was awful and the chips were average.

Wife ordered the chicken pasta and enjoyed it

Garlic bread was good

Staff friendly.

Beautiful comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Bistro and reception staff friendly and helpful. Food in Bistro was great. Very busy at times so best to book. Situated near IGA supermarket and bakery for extras. Good parking .|We would recommend!

Great menu with an option for everyone. Consistent quality of food and generous portions. Staff very friendly. On one occasion I needed to expand my table booking by 3 people. The staff were more than happy to help make the request happen and they didn't make me feel bad even though it was last minute changes. The staff are interactive when placing orders and even polite and interactive with my children. Facilities are also great. Play areas to suit all age ranges, designated gambling areas and large eating areas indoor and out.

I have nothing but compliments from our dining experience on Mon for lunch. The 4 different meals ordered were of exception quality and value for money. I personally had the mixed grill and I could not finish it (all but the chips). If I had one comment to make, it would be that we booked for 4 adults and the table that was reserved for us was a single square table which would not have been adequate. We were lucky that my sister arrived early and sat at 2 tables with 6 chairs. The one small table is not suitable for 4 adults, especially when you have a mixed grill with such a large plate. All the staff were very professional and looked as though they enjoyed their work (not very often these days). Meals were as ordered and very quick. The entree came out first, followed by the main meal after the entree's were finished

Loved the first meal I had there a pork cutlet, atmosphere was great and the staff and decore amazing. Second meal not so good. Lamb cutlets tasted like butcher shop crumbed and we're very greasy, I couldn't finish it.

First time I've been here and we loved it. Went out with some friends and the place was busy and vibrant, staff were friendly (which is kind of rare these days in hospitality)! My little one had a fall and smashed her chin on a chair and this lovely young man provided ice, some little treats and some colouring which quickly took her mind off the graze she got. Did not expect this when I asked for some ice after her fall. Just wanted to say it didn't go unnoticed. After being in hospitality myself for years it's nice to see staff doing that bit extra. Will be returning with the whole family when I get another hot minute. Thank you! ?

We had a beautiful experience at the Windsor when we had a delicious meal with friends & family. Affordable, lovely atmosphere & wonderful staff, highly recommend for a memorable meal.
