The Windsor Apartments offer spacious and well-designed units, including accessible options for individuals with disabilities. The units are thoughtfully laid out, providing ease of mobility and convenience. However, almost $3000 a week for a 2 bed accessible and a $250 bond is on the expensive side of things, While the amenities and accessibility are commendable, the price might not justify the value for everyone.

I don’t ever leave reviews but felt I had to in this case. Unfortunately very disappointing. The room in the photos is very misleading, and the room itself was very basic considering the price we paid $289 for a king room with city views, which turned out to be a room facing the side street. Worst still, if you do use the hotel car park, don’t take the internal stairs leading up to the road which was decorated with used syringes and a years worth of cobwebs and dirt. Extremely disappointing. On the positive side, I called hotel staff as soon as we entered the room and they were helpful and issued a prompt refund, as we wouldn’t stay there.

I booked based on the images which looked good - ranchslider with nice views, modern furnishings etc. Actually the room is basic, no views, a single high window with bars over it. Check in is arduous with various codes to key in - pray your phone doesnt go flat !

This hotel is wonderful. Check-in and check-out was fast and simple. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Convenient location and transport was easily accessible. Contact with the owners was easy and were very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay on any future visits down to Brisbane. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at THE WINDSOR. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants. The automated check-in was super convenient

Our flight had been diverted from Sydney to Brisbane. The airline put us up in the Windsor Apartments. 50 people arrived all at one time to check in. Steve took it all in his stride and was very friendly and helpful. The next day I discovered that I had lost my watch. We searched the apartment but could not find it. I contacted the hotel by email (I was by this time in Sydney) and they had found it and what’s more kindly arranged to send it to me. I was delighted with the service and care I received.

This place is exactly what I am expecting from a hotel.
The location is good (to go to the airport or the CBD).
It takes me 1 minute to do the check in, not more. The apartment was perfect : calm, spacious, king confortable bed, kitchen with everything you need, ...
The staff was very kind too.
I will come back for sure.

Very clean, Fresh linen, meet the owner down stairs lovely man give us extra linen because I had my grandson with.It had everything you needed.
