This place is a hidden gem, tucked away from view of the street. The location is majestic and serene. My friend and I both had waffles, one with Nutella and the other with Matcha, and both were absolutely delicious. The fresh juice and mango smoothie were also a hit. I would definitely eat here again. 🍃🌿

As others have noted this is a bit hidden but worth checking out. We had a nice lunch here in their garden patio. It is a beautiful setting. You are surrounded by vines and trees. We enjoyed the vegan burrito and the Ocean (lobster and prawn )roll. All very tasty. The service was excellent too.

Just finished lovely a lunch at the Windmill Bargara. Quiet setting one street back from the Esplanade and the food and service was very good. The servings were a good size and we would definitely recommend.

Absolutely outstanding! The food was beyond delicious — every bite packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. You can tell a lot of care and passion went into every dish. But what truly set this place apart was the staff — not only were they incredibly attentive and professional, but they were absolutely stunning! Their warm smiles and charming personalities made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

On top of that, the atmosphere was pure magic. Nestled in a lush, rainforest-style garden, it felt like dining in a tropical paradise. The sound of rustling leaves and birdsong created a peaceful, relaxing vibe that perfectly complemented the incredible food and service.

One of a few place that will allow dog. The place is hidden from the street so just park your car when google map mentioned that you have arrived and look for the sign. The food is hearty with huge sizing. Be prepared to wait a bit for food to arrive at lunch time though.

The Windmill Bargara is somewhat hard to spot off the street. There is a big Fiddle Leaf Fig tree obscuring the building. If maps says you are there, its to the left off See Street, next door to the Post Office (PO is to the right).
Three of us attended and we were seated right away. Food came out super fast!
I had the Chicken and waffle Benedict, the others had the Bacon and Egg roll and a serving of Belgian Waffles. We had water for the table and a coffee with a complimentary tiny shortbread (which was really good, an Almond dirty Chai extra hot in a takeaway cup)
Service was friendly and attentive, food was really good, we all shared the Chicken waffle and Belgian waffles between us. Servings are generous. I am a Chicken waffle fan so I will recommend that. Will defs be back, on a trip to explore the area a bit more and try some other items on the menu. It's a busy place. A good sign. They also sell products from local business inside 🙂
