We recently used the Wedding & Event Creators for our wedding and honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough!
From speaking with Vanessa in the initial conversations as well as in the lead up to the wedding, nothing seemed out of reach, everything we suggested or included never seemed too hard and she always had a solution ready as to how it could work. Vanessa made us feel at ease from the very start and gave us great peace of mind knowing that herself and the team would be able to give us the best advice and direction in terms of what will and won't work.

Shoshanna was also amazing, she was able to create us the perfect run sheet for what we were after and again was able to cater to all of our last-minute changes, nothing ever seemed too big or small, she was always happy to work with us to make the vision come true. Having such a detailed run sheet compiled and sent out to all of our vendors took so much of the thinking and stress off of us and knowing that it had been reviewed by someone with so much wedding and events experience.

Lastly, Nadine on the day was just the absolute best! She came in and made the vision of the reception hall come to life. We had so many compliments from family and friends from as to how great the space looked which really comes down to Nadine's astute attention to detail. Nadine worked so well with all of our vendors and made the day run so smoothly for us. I am not sure what we would have done without her there on site on the day, I do know that things would not have been able to flow as seamlessly without her presence though.

We just wanted to thank everyone from the WEC Team so much again for truly making our dream day come to life! 🤍

Vanessa and her team and exceptional and go ABOVE and BEYOND on your wedding day!

In the lead up to our wedding, Wed and Event Creators were easy to communicate with and book in hire items. They have an excellent process for setting up your ceremony space, where you provide all the drawings.

I had some last minute hire items I wanted to add to our invoice and Vanessa and the team did this with no worries!

On the day of our wedding, it absolutely poured and we were unable to have our ceremony outside. Vanessa and her team went above and beyond to help us with contingency plans. I am so appreciative as this was absolutely not expected!

We were so impressed by Wedding and Event Creators and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! Thank you for everything.

We are so incredibly thankful to Wedding & Event Creators for helping bring our wedding vision to life at Seacliff House! Being a DIY venue, there was a lot to plan, style, and coordinate, and the team’s support and expertise made the whole process feel so much more manageable (and fun!).

Honestly cannot reccommend WEC enough. They made the whole wedding process so easy. I used them for our furniture & on the day co-ordination and it was perfect. If you want to plan your own wedding with DIYs but just want to relax and enjoy your day I highly recommend their on-the-day co-ordination service. We dealt with a few of the team on the lead up to the wedding day and they were all fast to reply, helpful & so nice. Sarah was our coordinator for the day and she was INCREDIBLE. I can honestly say our wedding day was PERFECT!! I didn't worry once about what was happening, she was on top of it all. She brought my DIY vision together perfectly and our guests could not stop talking about it all. We also used their pack up service which worked so well for us, meant we just got to enjoy the night & the day after without worrying about clean up or pack down. Highly recommended the WEC Team! We got married on the 17th of April 2025 and what a day!! If it weren't for the WEC team, our dream wedding wouldn't have come true! We hired a few items from them but also booked their set up styling package to help with setting up the hire items, furniture and also our champagne tower! Shosh was a dream to email and communicate with, Vanessa's attention to detail was so thorough, and Jenet our coordinator helped make sure everything was placed perfectly on the day. We had wed event creators for our recent wedding where we had them for day of coordination, hire items and pack up. They were super thorough in the lead up to the wedding (it feels like a lot- I promise it’s worth it!!) and they spoke to me throughout the entire process. Having hire items from them also just really helped keep it all with one company and the items were great. My day of coordinator, Sarah and Jenet who was also there with her were so great. Sarah was the most caring, attentive and helpful person I could have asked for on the day. I feel like even when I had annoying requests she went out of her way to make sure it would all work. We were so grateful to have her there and in the lead up to our wedding, we cannot recommend her enough. We also had such a good experience with wed event creators overall, Vanessa was extremely helpful in the entire lead up to the wedding, even when I was freaking out! Thank you guys for giving us the perfect day.

A wedding coordinator is an absolute must. Emily took away all the stresses of the day. She was easy-going, relaxed and had a calming presence about her from start to finish. It just took all of the pressure off us and any questions from vendors or family members and friends went straight to her.
