By far the best holiday and accommodation we’ve ever experienced. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the amazing Pastry Lab—hands down the best pastries we've ever tried! The Aqua Restaurant was also fantastic. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The Esplanade swimming area was great for young families, and the unit itself had excellent facilities, including a pool, spa, BBQ area, and a well-equipped gym. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. A truly unforgettable stay!

What a lovely place to stay.|On our arrival we were met by the manager Tim. He helped us to take our luggage up to our apartment. How lovely. |Our apartment 802 was very spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need supplied. |AND WHAT A VIEW!!!|This complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. It’s close to everything. We really did just walk to most restaurants, beaches and shops. |We had a lovely stay and we will be back. |I’ve fallen in love with Caloundra. ❤️|Thanks Tim for a lovely stay.

The 11th floor sub penthouse is perfect. The views are spectacular...over Bribie Is to Moreton Is and the Glasshouse Mountains. The location is ideal...within walking distance to all the shops cafes and the beach. Only a 13 minute walk to King's Beach. We keep rebooking every year. The manager Tim is super friendly and very helpful. Would recommend it...except for the weeks we have it booked a year ahead!

I booked online and had no idea it was going to be this beautiful. The Ocean view was amazing. The apartment clean and spacious. We couldn’t get enough. Amenities are great. Kids loved the pool and spa. The Beach, shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Australia Zoo is 30 mins. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We will definitely be back. Tim at reception was very helpful and delivered our bags to our room. Thank you!

Waterford is a hidden gem just behind Rumba at half the cost . Magnificent views from the 7th level up all forward facing to ocean. Big living areas with ample room to move. The balconies are very large compared to all other hotels. Property Management very helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Caloundra then give this place a try , I have no doubt you will rebook again. 5 🌟 under cover secure parking, pool,gym,spa,internet. Just wonderful.

10 day stay with family. Great views from apartment and balcony. Perfect location, walk to beach, restaurants, shops, Sunday markets,bus terminal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Well managed and maintained building. Highly recommended.

The unit was amazing, very modern and roomy. The spectacular views of the Glasshouse Mountains, Bribie Passage and the ocean was the highlight of our stay. The unit is close to the beach and shops, so perfect location for a family holiday. The Manager Tim is lovely and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.
