Trustworthy staff also. My daughter left her Purse in the room on check out - it was handed in with all the cash still in there.

Had an amazing stay on a solo work trip. Great views from the rooms, swim up bar was amazing. Staff were great, can hire bikes for free to ride around. Great food at the restaurants, though more veggie options would be good

The lifts had a mind of their own and there power points are were in inconvenient spots, usb chargers would be good to install. And shower over baths are a bit gross/inaccessible, could use a walk in shower update
Would be good if the pool stayed open after 7pm but everything else was perfect. Good vibes

Will definitely come back for a more relaxing stay some time. Highly recommend!

Friendly service and well equipped comfortable rooms. Rooms will look over the marina or the ocean. Skip the buffet breakfast and head into town somewhere . Otherwise the relaxed vibe of this place and its facilities are great!

We had a wonderful stay. Our executive suite was an upgrade and stunning views on both sides! We were amazed with the size of the room and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a meal at Ms Wong which was OK. The pool is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. I did not like the casino vibe at the entrance of the hotel but some people might come here exactly for that.

When vising Townsville great place to Eat, meet and drink. We don't stay we go to the Quarter Deck and Palm House. Palm House has an amazing Buffet and Fantastic Cocktails. Quarterdeck have Great Food, cocktails and view. 💕

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience, especially with the stunning sea view from my room. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a breathtaking panorama of the ocean, which was a true highlight of my stay. Waking up to the serene sight of the waves and enjoying a coffee while watching the sunset was simply unforgettable.

Kicked me out because i walk different. Apparently i was intoxicated & nothing to do with my ruptured Achilles tendon. When i mentioned it the staff gathered around like i was causing a scene. I was fearful at this point with this boisterous activity and my disability. No consideration to me as a person and my health was a factor in their decision. Managed to limp my way unguided to a taxi that just so happened to be outside waiting! Shame on the ville after many years of fond memories…
