Wonderful friendly hosts, who were incredibly helpful with recommendations for dining and shopping nearby and with anything we needed. The room was lovely and clean, with quality linens and towels. Great base of the hinterland location. Would definitely stay again next time we visit family nearby.

Didn't stay there. We went for High Tea. This is one of the best we have been to. Lots of yummy food to choose from and delicious pots of tea. I loved all the beautiful cups, teapots, and plates. It was a delightful lunch out and priced considerably cheaper than most of the high teas we have been to recently. Our table was well looked after, the service was very good.
Thank you, ladies. we will be back again soon.
Had another very enjoyable visit today. The food and tea were once again fabulous.

Absolutely amazing. If you a here looking at reviews wondering if you should book it. Just do it!!! The rooms are so cute impeccably clean and presented. The food is amazing and they are more than happy to cater to any dietary restrictions. The hostess was lovely and really brings it all together. We were up for a funeral and without knowing it she made the trip all that much easier.

This is the second time I have visited the Village B&B and it didn't disappoint! We went for their Christmas in July set menu. Liz is a fabulous host, the food all prepared by her hubby is sensational. Hugely generous serves and lovely atmosphere. I live locally but I would stay here for a nice weekend break as well.
I will be back!

Brilliant Christmas in July last weekend, thanks to Liz and Rich. Such a proper English Christmas dinner. We all loved it, left fully stuffed and I had a very contented, couple of hours nap when we got home!

Not the first time I’ve enjoyed myself here - had my wedding night here after all! So I can vouch for the fabulous brekkie and also the utterly lovely high tea ❤️
