Great venue and sound is just incredible every time I come to listen to my favourite bands. Sound engineers really know what they’re doing in this place. Nice bar and bunch of beer on tap and other drinks to your liking!

Went to see a Damaged Inc. Food is excellent, our group tried 3 types of burgers, all of which tasted really good. Staff saw we were struggling to walk with some injuries, so they lead us into the auditorium before the doors opened so we could grab a seat. Really kind and professional of them. Great pub, awesome food and switched-on staff, cannot ask for much more than that

Saw The Pizzas here in December 24.

This was a truly accessible experience and we appreciate each and every person who contributed to making it so easy for us to attend. Cannot talk highly enough about the service we received. We had a wheelchair user in our group and they fast-tracked our entry to get in before the crowds and sectioned off an area for us to stand so they weren’t surrounded by people. They even offered us ear plugs as we were right next to the speakers!
The accessible toilet was clean and tidy (and smelled fantastic!) with ample room for the chair and carer to assist.
The ushers cleared a path for us to leave at the end and everyone was just so helpful - which is such a delightful experience compared to other venues.

The sound quality is great at the venue, lighting very cool and a great selection of beers and other drinks at the bar at reasonable prices.

Attended a gig at The Triffid for the first time last night and we were not disappointed! We emailed earlier in the week that went unanswered about accessibility however when we arrived the staff were incredible (Toby and Tracey especially!) they made sure that we got a great spot for the wheelchair where we weren’t going to be knocked around, and overall every member of the staff and security were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing night and thank you to everyone that made it possible! The Beer Garden was also awesome with plenty of choices for drinks and yummy food!

One of my favourite music venues in Brisbane. I'm super happy whenever an artist or band announces they're playing at Triffid! Great atmosphere, good sound, good drinks and friendly staff!

Big thumbs down for your music venue. Just saw Electric Six on stage and your speakers need an up grade. The acoustics in the venue are terrible, with the concave shape roof.

On a good note your burgers were delicious. Definitely come back for the grub, but not any gigs, until the speakers and PA system need an overhaul. Or just not having a gig inside a building with a concave roof.

Awesome live music venue, air-conditioned, heaps of space to dance and enjoy the band. No cash venue which sucks, and staff weren't overall friendly/helpful but all in all great night.

I went to see Amazing artist but the freezing Aircon didn't let any of us enjoy the concert, we requested it to be turned down a little but the staff was not very helpful. Never again even if U2 is playing!
