Awesome location if you're trying to hit a lot of the normal tourist destinations. Very easy walk to Circular Quay, the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. The staff was very friendly and helpful in holding our luggage since we arrived well before check-in time.

Rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but not bad at all. The shelves next to the bed were really nice to have... something you don't always get in a hotel. Lots of counter space in the bathroom as well.

Nice hotel and very well situated in CBD area of Sydney. We had a superior room on the 15th floor and the view was nice. It was very clean and well maintained. The only thing that fell short was the comfort of the bed. We had the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. They have a new renovated lobby area and it is very welcoming. We stayed there three nights and it was very cosy and the location is great.

Excellent hotel in great location. I booked superior queen room and breakfast . No road noise heard from outside level 3. Breakfast was plentiful just busy with plates under hot food servings . |Caught train from airport to Wynyard and back easy . Close walk to Pitt st Westfield and Circular Quay |Room service - I had salmon and salad meal was delicious.

Was going to leave a glowing review. But I seen a charge for a water . Considering we left beers in fridge. Rooms are small . Staff are nice ,but we were still interested why there was no coffee cups after 2 days (we stayed 4 nights) only paper ones at breakfast. Rooms not made up till late in day . And no response to questions on Parking or request of something special for our anniversary that I could have in room..
Rooms are small with no place to put suitcases once unpacked . Perhaps I'll send invoice for beers left ?

Our first trip to Sydney so I toiled over every aspect of choosing the best place to stay for 2 couples. Tank Stream was perfect for our needs! We chose atrium rooms (economy), with inside facing windows, therefore the rooms were oddly shaped but very updated and clean. Small stocked refrigerated and coffe/tea available in the room.|Easy walk from the cruise port, and very convenient to attractions, easy taxi & Uber access, |Front desk staff were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile, especially Kristen and Presbant. Thank you for making our stay a special one!

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city, easy walk to Martin Place, Circular Quay or Wynyard station, would be great hotel for shopping. Rooms aren’t big, but they are modern and tidy, large room not really required when you are out exploring most of the day. Breakfast included which was great. Fantastic service by reception staff

Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Lobby was being remodelled, so noisy and slow check in and out. Good location, decent but not great breakfast. Perfectly fine in general without being great.

Very small rooms. Claustrophobic rooms more like a budget hotel . Dark and dated and not nice to stay in at all. |On the positive the rooms were very clean but that’s about it really. |The breakfast is chaotic to say the least and sometimes there’s no where to sit . We didn’t bother the last morning but went elsewhere. |The hotel going through extensive return so in a bit of a muddle. Of all the hotels we stayed in in our 6 weeks in Australia sadly this one was the bottom of the list.
