We had a work Christmas party. Would not recommend it. Finger foot for 1000 people. Teo hours in and only able to get two spring rolls. They don’t put enough staff on to service food. Plenty on alcohol. Got way to many disappoint people. Feel sorry for the staff serving food being mobbed.

I had an incredibly bad experience at the star. I was sitting when a security guard approached and asked me to leave. I had no issue with that and immediately began heading out. However, as I was walking out, another security guard stopped me and asked how many drinks I had consumed. I politely told him I didn’t want to answer and that I was just leaving.

Without any provocation, this security guard became aggressive and started to push me. I was already on my way out and not causing any trouble, yet he took it upon himself to escalate the situation.

I was not being disruptive, and I was simply leaving when I was pushed. This kind of behavior from your staff is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

This place has “No” as their motto. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s time to share my experiences. The last few times here was for a red carpet event. The following small requests were made on each visit (except the last incident) so at least they are consistent, unfortunately consistently not good.
I asked if they can show me to my table, they disappear on me. I ask for the alternate bread roll, they give me a stunned face. When the photographers take photos of patrons, they also deny each time. I asked for a fellow diner’s plate be kept on the table the waiter made a fuss rather than being gracious about it. There was broken glass in the main walkway and somehow no staff cared until a patron started to pick up the pieces with his bare hands (this last incident was a one off and I just happen to see it).

I thought they were better than this.

Sunday I went there to ask if they will diffuse F1 Grand Prix they said yes. So I went there Monday morning with the exact same ID (French official identity card and the security guy didn’t let me in).

It was 6am Monday morning and I was dressed to go to work. He said that I could have tricked the ID card.

So I go in to make sure they do diffuse F1 etc and a random guy decided that I can’t go AND he didn’t want to check the system if I was in (I was because I ENTERE just the day before).

I was going to there to watch every F1, UFC and other sports my group of friends but I just won’t. Because you just have 50% to get in.

Attended a red carpet event. At first, security was great as we were late and let us do our social media shots and take us to our seats while filming had started, but....big big, but...
The Escalators are old and ate our heels and destroyed our gowns, so dangerous. Then, the security staff escalated a situation and then proceeded to assault and lay hands on myself to access my phone as I recorded the whole event. Lawyers involved and social media are going viral. Worst place ever. Oh, I was a guest at the Logies2024. A RED CARPET EVENT AND the security staff have an ego situation like they are important and above the law.
Then the ceo Mr Steve Mcann bragging you were in charge, stopping me meeting with you know who. Remember you asked if that was a threat when you tried taking my device and you were told everything is in backup and will be posted.
The man who was assaulted trains you fools as a career how to apply correct arrested and deesclation situations.
See you in court next month. Mr. I'm in charge, McCann.

Great food and great place for a large event. Food servings could have been more substantial... and what happened to the cheese platters that were served at the previous awards?
