Loacted across the road from Perisher ski fields. Easy location to find. Stayed in the summer off peak season, and it was an easy and smooth check-in. Nicole is a lovely host who called ahead of the booking to confirm some of the finer details, which was amazing for our packing and planning.
The rooms are stunning and fresh and while feeling luxurious also feel homely. All the creature comforts of home are there, making it a relaxing stay.
The fire was going when we arrived, which was a lovely comforting touch.
Any questions we had Nicole was quick to respond and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy.
The Stables is an easy 10-minute drive to Charlotte's Pass and the start of the Mt Kosioszko Summit Trail, a fantastic hike.
It is a 20-minute drive into Jindy for some enjoyable food and drinks.
Overall, it was an amazing place to stay for our anniversary, and we can't wait to come back again.

The Stallions - What a great restaurant, on a snowy windy night, Mark from The Stables picked us up from our lodge, we then had a wonderful dinner, and then Mark dropped us back to our lodge again. The dining room is comfortable for an intimate dinner, or a large dinner with friends. Highly recommend dinner for all family members at The Stallions restaurant when in Perisher.

Just returned from a week at the Stables and our stay exceeded expectations. Studio 6 was warm with views overlooking the cross country fields and the mountains. Onsite Bar and Restaurant make it easy for dining and apres ski fun. Thanks to Mark and Nicole and the entire team for looking after our family. It was a week to remember on the slopes!

Had great pleasant stay with family at Lodge Chalet 14 for 7 nights. Thanks to Martin, Nicole and Mark. It would be more perfect if the resort shuttle runs longer for lunchtime and afternoon till 5:10pm.

Nice accommodation, but it was the staff who absolutely made this place. Came as a family of four (two grown ups, two kids) and the staff were fantastic. Tatiana and Louis are incredibly hard working and very can-do, getting us up and down the mountain, and doing what they can to help. Erica in the restaurant was a wonderful server, great with the kids who remembered their orders & preferences. Ben in the bar was incredibly patient and friendly with the boys, as well as making great drinks with good tunes. Last but not least, chef Brandon made incredible food , everything was delicious, fresh, and made both grown ups and kids very happy, somehow he manages to create a menu which pushes waaaay beyond what you usually get in ski resorts and delivers with consistency and friendliness. Thanks from the Macs.

We had a fantastic stay at The Stables. The location was very convenient and service was friendly. Our unit (number 35) was beautifully furnished and appeared to be recently renovated. We especially appreciated the boot and glove warmers after a day on the slopes!

Dan is the best! always there to lend a hand, driving us to and from the mountain, wonderful guy! Tatiana was fabulous and very responsive and helpful. All the staff were wonderful and compare to no other, great management. stayed unit 10, great accommodation, newly rennovated. However sofa bed is terrible. Other than that had a wonderful time at the Stables and highly recommend it! Restaurant had excellent food. enjoyed a game of pool with manager. all staff so friendly.
